I just had the most amazing experience with this location. Ashley went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She checked with me multiple times to ensure that the pizza I needed was cooked perfectly because when you have a picky eater, the worst thing need is an overcooked pizza. She made sure I left with a big smile on my face. 10/10 recommend!

I went to pick up my pizza on time, like exactly when they told me to come, and somehow it was already cold. Not warm, not “cooling down” — just cold. How does that even happen with a pickup order? Then getting the food I already paid for turned into a whole problem. I had to stand there forever, explain my order multiple times, and it felt like nobody cared or knew what was going on. What should’ve taken 30 seconds turned into unnecessary stress. The worst part was the staff’s attitude. Super rude, dismissive, and acting like I was the problem for wanting the food I paid for to be hot and correct. No apology, no urgency, just bad vibes all around. Honestly one of the worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had. If you don’t want cold food and a headache, don’t come here. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Had the worst pizza from Pizza Hut at Newmarket location.. i placed a delivery order and I cannot believe whomever made this thought this was edible.. the pizza was disgustingly burnt and hard. I don’t know who’s making pizza in the kitchen but someone needs training or re-training. I will NEVER order from this location again!

I’ve had multiple issues at this restaurant where the prices I was charged didn’t match the prices shown on the menu. Each time, when I pointed it out, the staff acted like it was just a “mistake.” One time can be a mistake, but when it happens repeatedly, it feels dishonest and very frustrating. I really hope they improve their pricing transparency as this experience makes it hard to trust the place.

It was the first time we ordered pizza with Uber Eats from Pizza Hut and our pizza was 4 small patties, two vegetables and two meatballs. But we were really disappointed because there were very few vegetables and even the meatballs. You could only taste the bread and a bit of cheese. For our first time with Pizza Hut, we had a very bad experience.
