Regularly order from this location and the last time I went to pick up my order on the way to work I asked for some napkins and was rudely told that napkins are only given to people ordering a slice of pizza. I ordered a medium pizza.

Have they gone down or what! Made two orders in a week and both times got a call from head office stating they don’t have 2 items we wanted. The second time, customer service called about the wedges not being in so I said that was fine go ahead with the rest. Then 10 minutes after get another call stating they don’t have the other portion of the order. What a joke! Beware, they don’t know how to stock things properly. I mean potato wedges, how do you not have potato wedges!

The older guy who works the cash register has no customer service skills whatsoever. The guy just stands there giving everyone dirty looks.This location has literally left a bad taste in my mouth…. Say good bye to doing business. Get some training on customer service.

My pizza had onions instead of bacon, the staff was rude to other customers. I had to wait extra time when hardly anyone else was in the store and the price was unbelievable for what I got (the homerun bundle) Lastly, the packaging on the Chicken Trio is awful.

It was time I added my review for Pizza Nova specially at this location, we are a big corporate office and we have orders in all sizes, massive events so party size, small group meetings, and I have to say Pizza Nova has never failed, in quality and service.I have dealt with Zoey at many occasions for all my orders, and she is attentive and very proactive, always gets the order right, will rather remind me if i need to add drinks, etc. Their delivery guys are always very courteous, efficient with their timings, and they remain our first choice for all Pizza orders.A Big shout out to the Pizza Nova Leslie team!

Ordered thru Uber, promised time was 10:40-11pm, when I realized I couldn’t track the order thru the app I called the restaurant at 10:42 n the guy on the phone was super rude and said he’s not going to send the order back, that I should come pick it up, even tho everything was already charged and paid for.
