Stone Burnt Pizza
It was a cold and snowy covered night in Pizzaville. My family were coming for a visit Saturday night, and they were ravenous and I needed to order something quickly. I went to Yonge street, Newmarket location and ordered two large with 4 toppings shared, and a dip for a total of about $36.00. I took them home and did not open the box until I got home. Disappointingly the Pizzas were burned on the top. We were extremely hungry so we cut off some of the burnt pieces and began to eat. My wife threw hers in the garbage and said I can’t eat this. My grandkids asked me if the Pizza is always burned from this place having not had Pizzaville before. I thought this isn’t right so I called Customer service (who was very polite and understanding) and he told me to go back to the store and they will make new ones.
When I arrived back to the store the manager said these are not burned and you ate half of it. We ate some of it because I really did not want to drive back a couple of kilometers to make this right. He started raising his voice in an accusatory way. Instead of him apologizing we got into a shouting match and he continued to insist that they were not burned. He practically told me to sit down and shut up and he would make me new ones. This guy needs an attitude adjustment if he is to continue working there. The new pizzas were perfect, however, they should have never given me the first ones and treated me so disrespectfully. After a number of years dealing with Pizzaville, I will not be going back. I will be giving my business to Pizza Pizza.
The service was great.
However upon waking up the next day to pack leftovers I noticed a bright purple line baked into a slice, at first I assumed it was a string of red onions which I ordered.
After pulling it off the slice it was clear that it was a line of plastic that could have been from the bag that red onions are stored in.
This is greatly disappointing especially after spending $40s for dinner. Won’t be going back for food safety reasons.

Arselan did a great job in taking my party orders and was very helpful in scheduling it to arrive on time . Pizzas were fresh and hot
was at your location on saturday, I really liked the services offered, and the Pizza was something out of this world, I like the way I was treated by your staff, highly professional, answered all my questions, suggested other menu too. I find this exceptional. Keep it up.

I usually love pizzaville but somthing about this one I'm not so fond of, panzo dident have much taste to it and was a little smaller then usuall. Just being honest
My father ordered an XL Pizza for three people, and we've been told to wait 45 minutes or else the pizza would be free. 45 minutes passed and no pizza was delivered, we've called to make sure what the status of the order was only to transfered to two other people asking the same questions; and thus being told to wait another 5 minutes and that it won't be free. Absolutely ridiculous, our house wasn't even that far to deliver.
Upon entering this pizza place, we were immediately met with a disappointing level of service. The man at the front was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. There was a significant lack of communication; despite repeatedly telling him we wanted one order of the eight wings, he continued to charge us incorrectly, including extra charges for the cooking and flavoring of the wings. Due to his poor service, we decided to cancel our entire order. However, he only refunded the wings and refused to cancel the pizza order. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and uneasy about eating from this establishment. While waiting for our pizza, we couldn’t help but worry about the quality and safety of our food given the behavior we witnessed behind the counter.
