Absolutely terrible experience. The food quality is embarrassingly low..clearly made with cheap, low-grade ingredients. The tomatoes were unripe, hard, and completely flavorless, and nothing tasted fresh. The kebab felt careless and poorly prepared, like quality control doesn’t exist here.

The staff at the front were just as bad as the food. Rude, disrespectful, and overly sassy for no reason. Instead of basic customer service, you’re met with attitude and entitlement. It honestly felt like they were annoyed to even serve customers.

Between the low quality ingredients and the awful customer service, this place is a complete miss. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects food and customers.

I’m extremely disappointed with Tehroon. This place used to be good before the name change, but ever since then the quality has gone downhill badly.

The chicken is not made properly at all and is nothing like real joojeh. Instead of being marinated correctly, it tastes like they just drown it in lemon and a bunch of yellow food dye with no real flavor, seasoning, or care. It looks artificial and tastes low quality.

What makes it worse is the attitude. The staff has a very high ego and cannot take feedback. If you politely point out an issue or give advice, they get angry instead of listening. Customer feedback clearly isn’t welcome here. On the phone, they are utterly rude for absolutely no reason, and when you come into the store, the same rude lady suddenly says, “That wasn’t me.” Very unprofessional.

Overall, the service is extremely rude, the food quality is poor, and the experience is nothing like it used to be. This place has completely lost what made it good before. I would not recommend it anymore.
