Real Fruit Bubble Tea

We frequently visit most branches of this brand, but the behavior of the staff at this specific location was incredibly rude. I’ve never experienced such lack of respect elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this branch and will not be returning.

I ordered the mango slushy small and the total came out to 7.63 plus tax and for a small slushy, i was not satisfied. Ice Babo has amazing bubble tea, they have a brown sugar milk tea large for only 5.70 dollars. Not happy at all with my experience with Real Fruit bubble tea.

Vicky or Nicki made our drinks today and not only were they fantastic, When we realized you couldn’t do milk substitutions after we ordered the beverage she was extremely sweet and helpful!!!

The woman working is on the phone and not paying attention to orders. She missed my drink and served people who were here before me. And I’ve been here for about ten mins. Horrible cx service

The girl who did not want to share her name because she already knew a review is on the way because of her behaviour and bad attitude. She was not even wearing a nam badge. Writing the time 12:30pm in the afternoon 21st Oct so that the team knows who she is. Alone at store working and no greetings instead a very rude way of dealing specially when only 1 customer is at the store. I really like your smoothies that the reason I was at the store and you simply expect to order, pay and once you get your stuff you are out. I really don't understand the need of being rude and spoiling your customers day. I hope they improve and train their staff. I am not coming at this location forsure.

Love their mango slush, made with real mango and can alter the sugar intake!

I ordered something I’ve never tried before and I didn’t like it. They made me a new drink no problem! They were very sweet and understanding.

I always grab a drink here whenever I’m at the mall! It’s always super fast, the staff are always super nice and accommodating! I remember ordering a green tea with tapioca and they did not question my choices hahahahah

Requested for a smoothie to specifically have no milk in it (so it becomes a slush essentially). Ordered with someone keying it in and we kept repeating no milk, no milk. Worker nods okay. Sticker on drink cup also said no milk on it. Not our first time ordering the drink before so we know the colour that it’s supposed to be. Looked at the drink and 10000% had milk in it. They were nice to remake it but didn’t want to originally and tried to make us think that we were the ones that were wrong.

Worse customer service ever, bad attitude,. She shouldn't even be here if she hates her job so much.

Best smoothie, slushies and all drinks.. real fruits.. real taste..

I think zero stars. They do not listen to what is said and prepare the order incorrectly. I said no ice in the fruit juice and I buy it for my baby, there was ice in it, I added apple jelly to the avocado smoothie and it was not there when I received it. I will not buy it again

I ordered pina colada with lychee jellies very delicious, I recommend to everyone try it.
