Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I think zero stars. They do not listen to what is said and prepare the order incorrectly. I said no ice in the fruit juice and I buy it for my baby, there was ice in it, I added apple jelly to the avocado smoothie and it was not there when I received it. I will not buy it again

I ordered pina colada with lychee jellies very delicious, I recommend to everyone try it.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at your upcanada mall on Dec 23 around 545-6pm Despite having 5-6 staff members present, it was unclear what they were doing, and my order took an unreasonably long time to prepare. The lack of organization and efficiency was extremely frustrating, and it left a very negative impression.

I had a terrible experience at Real Fruit Bubble Tea that I feel compelled to share. First, the store was chaotic and disorganized. Despite a large crowd, there was no proper system to manage the line. People kept cutting ahead without any intervention from staff. It felt like there was no respect for those of us waiting patiently for our turn.

After a long and frustrating wait, I finally reached the cashier to place my order. To my surprise, I was told they don’t accept card payments. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since there were no signs indicating this policy anywhere in the store. In this day and age, it’s unacceptable for a business to not offer card payment options, or at the very least inform customers beforehand.

The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of organization, combined with poor communication and outdated payment policies, left a bad taste in my mouth – worse than any drink they could have served me. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. There are plenty of other bubble tea places that value their customers and offer a more pleasant experience.

I can recommend this to you and your children, because ingrilint is completely natural and will not harm your health and the health of your children! Everything is clean, sterile, beautiful comfortable glasses.
Due to the abandonment of plastic straws, this was replaced with cardboard straws, which is not very convenient, but practical and environmentally friendly! ?‍♀️???

Have been going to this location almost every week for years. Every single visit at this location was 100% amazing service, amazing selection. They have the best quality. A person who works there, Anna, is an amazing employee who is always extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
