I found a bug in my food, when I went to the counter to ask for a refund the staff member who I approached was rude and said no. Dissapointing that we spent over 20 bucks for a plate and didnt get an offer for a new plate in the very least.

The male worker doing meal choice intake was very rude this evening while I was trying to clarify what was being added to our meals as one meal had to be vegetarian. In the grand scheme of things, this location remains quite popular despite its poor to mediocre ratings. I will survive being treated poorly by this worker, or even owner, but will not return and will not encourage others to visit.There are enough Thai places in Newmarket that offer excellent food and service. There is no need to visit this location at the mall for any reason.

We eat there sometimes and love the sesame chicken but last time I ordered the combo 2 with udon and I could chose 1 vegetable and 2 proteins, this time I ordered it again but only got the veggies and sesame chicken. Always different... Also sometimes they ask if you want something more and they charge you at the end.

Got the end of the day special (7.99 for two sides and noodles/rice). Even then, still not great value - the general Tao's chicken is overly salty and sweet and overpowers everything else, leaving a weird aftertaste in your mouth. The "second side" were 3 pieces of broccoli. Save your money and go to Manchu Wok or Teriyaki a couple stalls over for better food.

My favorite is the coconut shrimp! I add beans or veggies with the thin thai noodles and a spring roll. More than enough to have left overs.

I be never written a negative review but this is warranted.I rarely shop at the mall but being Christmas there I was. This place gives food court food a bad name.I ordered 2 meat rice combo, chili chicken, black pepper beef and fried rice to bring home. Everything was SO bland, blindfolded I wouldn’t be able to differentiate. If I ate at the mall after the first bite I would have asked for my money back.My family tried bites and were in agreement. Never again, save your hard earned money.

Just bought the 3 item dinner that included the breaded shrimp with coconut sauce, noodles and a vegetable dish. After I asked for some plum sauce also, the female server removed the coconut sauce that is included with the breaded shrimp. It was very disappointing, to see this when I got home. That was a very cheap move!
