First time at this store. We grabbed some baked goods to go and honestly everything tasted great! Not sure how the hot food is but I highly recommend grabbing a baked good!

Unprofessional behaviour by the lady’s the work there , they should consider having more manners. I would also recommend if they abstain from making unnecessary remarks and just keep it professional.

It hurts me to give this review as I always see the silver lining especially in food related businesses, but the service here is absolutely terrible. (my card had declined due to getting a new credit card it and within the 2 seconds it took me to approve the charge and retap the cashier was groaning which caused the client beside me to start giving me faces as well which made me want to leave right there) regardless, I bought two bbq chicken buns pastry’s and you can look at the photo. They were DISGUSTING, they tasted like salt and sugar I don’t know how to explain this foul taste and had the texture of cat food. 🤮 I truly hope they take their reviews into consideration and elevate the service and quality of food that they are providing.

I went in to order two iced coffees and was immediately disappointed. The staff handed me a pre-made drink where the ice had completely melted, making it watery and unappetizing. I politely asked if both drinks could be made fresh, but was told, “I don’t have any more coffee.” Confused, I asked if that meant they wouldn’t be serving coffee for the rest of the day she had no response and simply walked away.
Her attitude was extremely rude, and there was absolutely no sense of customer service. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely not returning.

went there yesterday afternoon. they charged me twice. i only realized it as i was checking my account on the bus and saw two identical transactions from this bakery. but i had already left and i don't exactly live near the area so can't come back

We bought the cake today, when we opened the package, we found that there is a missing part and the box interior is clean, which means the cake got damaged when we bought it! No one told us anything when we purchased it! Very disappointed !!! It’s a birthday cake for our best friend, it made a bad day for us!
Terrible service. If you don’t buy their bags, they won’t even seal the bags for the bread. So unfriendly. I’ve never seen such service. Unbelievable!

This Saint Germain location is a bit smaller compared to their other locations, and they seem to carry less products. But they have a seating area here which I haven't seen at other Saint Germains. Remember to get a VIP card to get 10% discount.
