Shoutout to Hannah!!
She was incredibly professional and kind during a hectic Friday morning. Somehow, my coffee order got mixed up and was replaced with a chai latte. I didn’t notice until I had already driven all the way back to work. Frustrated, I turned around and headed back to get the correct drink.
As soon as I arrived, Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and immediately apologized for the mix-up. She quickly remade my drink and even offered me a free cake pop as a kind gesture.
This is exactly how customer service should be; empathetic, efficient, and thoughtful. Mistakes happen, but Hannah turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. I’m very impressed and grateful!

Ordered 1 cool lime drive thru, they made two, I paid for two. Awful taste at this location. If you want to order this drink, go to other Starbucks, it taste like water…. with just one tiny lime in the drink(large size)….

It says on the menu that the chicken and bacon brioche sandwich is supposed to come with cheese and a mustard and stacked high. I ordered it through Uber Eats and this is what I received. It’s missing more than one item and it’s a pretty crappy sandwich for one that is supposed to be stacked high…. This isn’t the first time this location has screwed up.
One of my favourite branches, nice baristas, fast service and clean. The only complaint is there wasn't any toilet paper in the washroom.

This is one of the only Starbucks locations who makes the Mango Dragonfruit refresher the way it's supposed to be made. Any time I order from any other Starbucks location, it's usually watered down and pretty much tasteless. Not only does this location make the drinks perfectly, the staff are very friendly here. Definitely recommend this location.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this location. This one individual named Oliver, who is always on drive thru, is a mean, negative, unkind person. It is sad to see somebody of this nature working in the customer service industry. I am very upset as Starbucks is my passion, soul, and meaning in life. Please do not take my review lightly as it genuinely ruins my day.
