Ordered a Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich through drive thru. Everything was great, up until I took two bites and realized it tasted off, looking at the grey bacon off the side. I opened it up and gagged!!

Old bacon? Raw? Decomposing?
I emailed public health and Starbucks.

All Starbucks is considered about is if/where’s my receipt. I honestly don’t think I can eat this again.

Note: Check your sandwiches and OPEN them up before you eat them.

I choose to use a coffee mug to eliminate waste. When I brought my mug in today. It had the smallest amount of coffee in the bottom, all I asked was to have it poured out in the sink (which I could do myself as well in the bathroom, but hey I’m here right) and then I’d like to purchase a coffee. I was denied service because they can’t accept used coffee mugs. Did I miss something here? Covid arm chair warriors can stay seated please. Thanks for re confirming why I won’t ever be back to a Starbucks.

I am a daily customer at your Starbucks location, and I always have an excellent experience. I wanted to specifically commend two employees, Kyle and Zack, for consistently going above and beyond.
They are always friendly, open to suggesting new drinks and options, and are great at reminding me to use my rewards points. Their exceptional service truly makes my mornings more enjoyable.
As a small business owner, I wish more employees demonstrated the dedication and quality of service that Kyle and Zack provide. They are doing a fantastic job.

I usually prefer this location over others because my drinks are always made well and the service is friendly. However, during my last visit, my experience was disappointing. I had ordered my drink with light ice, but it was filled halfway with ice. When I politely mentioned this, the staff member was dismissive and insisted it was normal, which came across as rude. After I explained again that I didn’t want ice since the cup was mostly filled with it, she remade the drink without ice. Unfortunately, the « new » drink tasted like plain water with a few strawberries in it.
