This was by far the best starbucks in newmarket. I can't believe that starbucks closed this location now Im stuck waiting over 20mins for my order at the location in the mall

You can take book from chapter and order a coffee of a day from Starbucks, enjoy it but don't forget refill your drink it's free and unlimited :)

The staff are always extremely friendly and I've never had an issue with my order.
I wish there was more room for sitting arrangements.
The Starbucks is connected to the Chapters so customers on their side plus Statbuck's patrons make it very hard to find spots to sit.

Out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to, this has to be the worst. They do not know how to make drinks here. I keep giving them chances but after today, will no longer be coming to this location. That first sip feeling has me feeling sad.

Ordered a dink and they made the wrong drink and then yelled at me for saying I got the wrong drink no happy at all then was mad and said he would make another drink making me feel bad so I said no it's okay ! And I wonder why I have such anxiety when it comes to asking to fix somthing if it's wrong! No happy don't recommend this Starbucks

I ordered for Caramel Frap ahead via the app. Was in rush so I just went in and grabbed the drink then left. Got home and realized - there was no coffee in it at all. It was pure white (I suppose just milk) with some caramel syrup. Very disappointed in it. I paid $8 for Venti whole milk.
