It’s unfortunate that the Starbucks at the Chapters location closed as now I am forced to go to the Upper Canada location when I’m in that area. I am not impressed at all with the poor service at this location. Multiple times I have attempted to order a coffee via the mobile app in the early morning shortly after 6 AM when they open and many times I was not able to do so. I was told by one of the staff members that they often forget to activate the service in the early morning. Extremely inconvenient. Today another incident occurred that I wasn’t impressed with.I had placed an order for a black coffee through my mobile app. When I arrived there, it wasn’t yet ready and I waited. Other customers were waiting for their orders. After a few minutes, I noticed that a couple of staff members by the cash were not doing anything. So I went to one asking if she could make my black coffee for me. I have done this several times at other stores without issue. This particular staff member would not do it for me even though she wasn’t doing anything else. Not impressed at all. I did speak to the manager about it, and even though he said it is company standards to have all orders go through in order, he said a judgment call could be made, and if it was him, he would’ve made my order. He did volunteer to make the coffee for me, but I declined and rather ask them to use it as a teaching moment for his staff.

Around 6:50 PM tonight, a curly-haired boy at the shop made a really bad drink, and his attitude was also terrible. This is probably the third time this has happened

The atmosphere is relatively quiet, although it can be a bit annoying during peak hours. The taste and quality of the coffee was excellent.
Love all the options, always greeted with a smile! Every morning I make a stop here for my coffee and it's always perfect!

I every time order here , first time happened to me, one worker was so rude to me - when I try the understand she just said I don’t want to talk with you and went to back ! What is this?

They refused to give me a cup of water for my toddlers because at the moment I wasn’t going to buy another drink.
Regardless of the fact that I have held a gold status with Starbucks for over 20 years and had already purchased from them. They were requiring me to purchase again to get a cup of water… disgusting service.

This is a great location with lots of seating available both inside and outside, which makes it really convenient whether you’re stopping in quickly or sitting down to enjoy your coffee. The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere every time I visit.

The location on Google maps is incorrect! It’s located inside “Market & Co” which is towards the eastern end of the mall. Spent 15 mins trying to find this location!

Being a loyal customer of starbucks from 10 years , this was the worst experience ever . I ordered a venti cup and I was given little more than half cup of coffee and when asked why it's not full she said it said a splash of milk whereas my order clearly says half glass of milk and even after pointing out she was rude and made it look she is busy and she has made the best order in her career whereas I have never seen it . There is a starbucks in 2 kms distance from mall . The coffee when said it has issue they remake it/correct it even without saying a word.i wanted to add Pic of my coffee to show but I am not getting option to add Pic.
I guess they know they are in mall and customer will come even they behave good or not, who cares.

1:30 in the afternoon and you don't have dark roast. I'd have been happy to pay your up charge for an americano, but you couldn't even offer that

This is my third bad experience with this Starbucks. I did not write any thing before because I thought, it might be one time incident, but today was ridiculous. I stayed in the line for a long time and then when it was my turn to order, the girl start taking order from the person behind me and completely ignored me. When I asked her why , she was just confused and a bit rude. I will not come back to this location again.
In general, the waiting time in this location is so long after you order.( longer than usual).
The personal are not communicating with each other effectively so there are many confusion between them and the customers.
As someone who has been going to Starbucks for decades and had an account glitch and remade account, I don’t want to hear “Technically you don’t qualify for a free coffee” the sole reason I came here was for my birthday gift, but ended up paying for others instead. Thanks for throwing legalese at me.

Rude. Did I ask for a slightly different order? Sure. But it's something the chain offers, it costs more to compensate for the little bit of extra time and I always tip in addition to say thanks. The attitude I received was unreal. She first tried to talk me out of my order, then openly complained about me to coworkers while I was standing there waiting for my order.
Coming from someone who spent plenty of time working in the service industry: if you can't return a friendly smile, do yourself and everyone around you a favour and find a different job.

i have never had a drink made well from this location ever
Something about this location that just can’t get the drinks spot in every time. It’s never consistent.
I’ve been drinking the same thing for 3-4 years now and this location can almost never get it right.
Worth noting my drink is a menu item and not some super combo I created.
