Starbucks

Heard loud conversations between the laptop managers discussing employee termination while I was trying to relax in the cafe. Kind of threw off my Christmas spirit.

I came in on the Saturday and it was extremely busy!!! I don’t usually go to the mall Starbucks but I was seeing a friend nearby so I decided to stop by for my favourite Chestnut praline latte. Tell me why I had to wait for 15 minutes to be given a drink by a rude worker. I went to ask the blonde girl for a remake, who’s name I think was Kierra. She was extremely kind and accommodating and remade my drink right away!! But embarrassingly I spilled my drink as soon as I walked away. I went to go buy a new drink, but I guess the Kierra girl noticed I spilled my last drink and quickly remade it free of charge! Truly a great example of what good customer service looks like and I think the ruder worker I had make my drink earlier should take notes!!

since I moved Newmarket, I became a regular costumer, today I came with my son order a drink and a tap water the store was busy they gave me my order with delay which was fine but for a tap water which doesn't need any preparation took 20 minutes! And when I blamed for that they told me it's on the way and it's busy ..,but how you made me a Frappuccino and many other drinks for others but for a tap water 20 min?!the lady who was calling names attitude also was not appropriate! Finally she gave a tap water with someone els name on it she remove the tag and gave it to me!!!

Had some chips, and a gingerbread latte. It was so busy and only two people working when I ordered (various reasons) and understandably my drink wasn’t made right the first time. The staff quickly remade it with a smile, and I appreciate that a lot. It’s Christmas and it’s Friday night at the mall — thank you Starbucks Upper Canada!!!

I often work at the Starbucks at the Upper Canada Mall. I can always find a table to sit at, the wifi is good and I always get a refill so the price is right

I just went to the Starbucks I did a mobile order for two simple drinks. One of my drinks was stolen which I was not mad about since it’s not their fault as it happens. But when I waited for 20mins and I asked one worker (girl with the mask and black hair) was so rude. Didn’t let me speak and just told me to “wait” so rudely and they weren’t even busy. Thankfully a wonderful person helped me and made my drink for me! He was so amazing and so so nice!!!

Friendly staff, good service.

Bad customer service: Despite not being busy, I waited 20 minutes for a cup of water while the staff chatted and laughed, ignoring customers.

I had a delightful experience with the pumpkin spice latte—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The coffee was exceptional, with a smooth blend of spices that made it both comforting and invigorating. The service was top-notch as well, with attentive and friendly staff who made the visit enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic treat for the season!

Today I was cut off while speaking and felt like I was being rushed..2nd time, same girl. I think she needs social skills training....drink was good but not extra caramel on bottom of cup like asked. Depends on whos making the drinks If they actually put the extra stuff in.

Parking: Parking is ok, its a gas station, convenience store and Starbucks all in one bldg.

Ordered two drinks, and waited 15 minutes for them to be made. Both baristas were laughing and not paying attention to the 5-6 people waiting in line. We watched the male barista wipe his nose WITH his hands 6-7 times while making our coffee. They not only got both drink orders wrong, but one tasted like just hot water with a little bit of coffee in it. When we complained one of the drinks was made wrong, we were told “no this is right and what you ordered, you are wrong” after completely burning our mouths on the drink. I don’t usually leave reviews at all, but this was a VERY bad experience
