I came in on the Saturday and it was extremely busy!!! I don’t usually go to the mall Starbucks but I was seeing a friend nearby so I decided to stop by for my favourite Chestnut praline latte. Tell me why I had to wait for 15 minutes to be given a drink by a rude worker. I went to ask the blonde girl for a remake, who’s name I think was Kierra. She was extremely kind and accommodating and remade my drink right away!! But embarrassingly I spilled my drink as soon as I walked...

Had some chips, and a gingerbread latte. It was so busy and only two people working when I ordered (various reasons) and understandably my drink wasn’t made right the first time. The staff quickly remade it with a smile, and I appreciate that a lot. It’s Christmas and it’s Friday night at the mall — thank you Starbucks Upper Canada!!!

The coffee was exceptional, with a smooth blend of spices that made it both comforting and invigorating. The service was top-notch as well, with attentive and friendly staff who made the visit enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic treat for the season!
