Drinks are almost always made wrong, seems like staff don’t know half the drinks and what actually goes in them. Very slow , can take up to 15 minutes after ordering to get drink when no one else is in line.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered two of the same drink, but only one was rung in and made. When I realized the mistake, I lined up again to order my second drink. While I was waiting at the register, the employee came over, but instead of acknowledging me (who had been waiting in line), he immediately started taking the order of another customer who had just walked up to the pick-up counter. There was no explanation, and I was left standing there feeling ignored.

I understand mistakes happen and that stores get busy, but clear communication and fair service are important. If I had simply been told why the other customer was being prioritized, I would have understood. Instead, I left without my drink, which was very disappointing.

On multiple occasions, I have waited over 10+ minutes to wait for a Venti Frappuccino, despite being the only customer in line.

One instance, my order was placed out of 5 customers because the employees did not know how to make a frappuccino.

They do not know how to place the lids on properly, leading to spills and money being wasted over a 8 dollar drink.

Very disappointing, do not go here.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

Employees are inattentive and pretend like they can't see customers waiting.

Making customers wait 10 minutes before receiving service is unacceptable.

Great Customer Service Experience. Clean store. Love my Matcha Latte. A little pricey. Vanilla syrup used to be only $12 & they raised it to $24 since covid. The staff told me that the syrups weren't selling like they used to at all other starbucks locations.
