This location is overcharging. They’re adding extra fees that other Starbucks locations don’t. Prices are noticeably higher, and it feels like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of customers. No wonder this place has a low rating. Stay consistent with other stores or stop calling it Starbucks.

Quinn at the drive-thru was rude right from the start — no greeting, no courtesy, just pure attitude. She got our order wrong, and when we asked her to fix it, she acted like we were a problem instead of just doing her job properly. If it was done right the first time, we wouldn’t have had to ask. Her passive attitude was completely uncalled for. If you hate dealing with people, maybe don’t work in customer service.
Bought an iced coffee and caramel macchiato and they both taste like water absolutely disgusting and waste of money.

I ordered my drink on the mobile app and received my drink within 2 minutes, while my boyfriend ordered at the counter and didn’t leave a tip and waited longer than 15 minutes to get his refresher.

Great Starbucks. Right on the way if you are coming back from cottage country. The baristas are sweet and polite, they even gave us a free iced tea latte with a shot of espresso!
Washrooms are clean and there are a couple of tables/ chairs to sit.
Also, the location isn't too busy and there was plenty of parking.

Why are the employees soooooo slow at this location?? And certainly not friendly enough to make up for the lack of performance. You sure get a feeling like you are unimportant in the drive through. Take your money and then ignore you for 5-10 minutes while you watch the window like a lost puppy for their return... The drinks are horribly made when they finally decide to hand it over. I saw my finished iced matcha sit at the window for 2 minutes... There are so many other fabulously staffed Starbucks near this one. I have to stop trying my luck.

No complaints, but that's only because I visit this location rarely. But I may have to stop coming because the girls they have working the window in the drive-thru seem rude and judgy. Hopefully they do replace them soon with better and kinder staff.
