Slow service and you don't get what you ordered.
Ordered peppermint mocha and got something completely different that I had to throw down the drain.
Drive through was extremely slow. Saw the cars in front of me had only ordered one drink as well.

One of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Matthew showed outstanding leadership and patience while guiding new hires, all while keeping service smooth and efficient. His professionalism and customer focus stood out. He deserves recognition.
The staff at this location are very immature and unprofessional. The staff on break are sitting at the counter shouting at the staff that are working. They are laughing and joking at very high volumes. They say things like “the drive thru order just gave a $2 tip, not enough since it’s soooo cold” at high volume so everyone can hear. I stopped in for a coffee to get some work done on my laptop but my noise cancelling headphones couldn’t block out the staff’s volume. I am not expecting it to be quiet in Starbucks, but I was not prepared for the staff to be the ones with inappropriate volume. I was there for over an hour and this was not 5 min of loudness but continued constantly the whole time. The person who seemed to be the manager even yelled jokes loudly at another staff that was coming in for their shift. I nearly snapped and said something out of irritation but wanted to avoid confrontation and just left. Glad they have fun working but it was the most unpleasant environment for a customer and encouraged me to leave quickly. Im a regular at Starbucks locations across the GTA but I surely will not return here. My latte wasn’t as flavourful as the same one I got at Shops at Don Mills yesterday either…

The lady giving the food today had a horrible attitude.
The baristas always make me smile because they are so kind and sweet to interact with first thing in the morning. Helps start the day off right!

The worst Starbucks ever. The service is always SO SLOW and they overcharge on drinks. Like the other reviews mention, prices are noticably more expensive at this location compared to others.

This location is overcharging. They’re adding extra fees that other Starbucks locations don’t. Prices are noticeably higher, and it feels like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of customers. No wonder this place has a low rating. Stay consistent with other stores or stop calling it Starbucks.
