We have given this location many tries over many months and I haven't left a review to keep giving them another chance. More than half of the time our orders here have been wrong and customer service is not great. One time we had a wonderful drive-through experience. Other times we have waited more than 10 minutes with just a few cars ahead. Generally, the drive-through is fine but not great. I hope some honest reviews make this location better.

I understand the slow processing of orders as there were only two staff working today. However, customer service can still be improved. I come here often but today I’m quite disappointed with the service. Poor.??

Ummm. Rating this a “Where is the rest of my drink?” out of five.

One of the baristas was extremely rude and impatient. I was trying to use the BOGO offer from my mobile app and it was somehow glitching and doesn’t redeem. This is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, both with the barista and the app. Highly not recommend the location if you want be treated like a consumer.

I haven't had any good experience at this store.. I just ordered a tall tea matcha latte, and starting that, the cup wasn't fully filled and was half foam and barely tea.

Went inside this time to relax and take advantage of their free Wi-Fi ,I ended up having a small coughing fit and all of a sudden a Barista showed up and said I heard you coughing and gave me some iced water. What a wonderful thing to do, thank you Emma for your kindness, Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like you.

Today I ordered a cappuccino at the Starbucks on Harry Walker parkway.What a colossal waste of money - the cup was half full of something lukewarm, covered in froth .There was no coffee flavour at all and I paid $5.45 for nothing.What an overpriced ridiculous restaurant this is!!

I honestly just avoid getting Starbucks now so I don't have to go here.They are severely understaffed. It's the only logical reason for the misery these baristas exude.I have now had the same experience at every time of day.No one acknowledges you when you go in.My drink is made incorrectly every time. Nothing serious normally forget the cinnamon.If you dare ask them to add it they do so without even acknowledging you.The ice in my first drink melted waiting for someone to acknowledge me just now. All the while two of them cleaned the counter AROUND my drink with the lid off while I stood there.I've stood at the counter countless time for up to ten minutes before I have to essentially yell in someone's face to get their attention.Coming here makes me sad and uncomfortable. Please hire more people here. Get them a glass of water. I don't know. Do something because the experience here is awful from start to finish every time and everyone I know that has been here confirms the same.My wallet thanks you.

Barista and person making food were not friendly at all. Wouldn’t acknowledge a thank you nothing. Asked for a sleeve and was met with a huff as she passed it. Normally a decent crew but not today 12:50 pm Aug 23/23
