Racism, rudeness, and scam perfect, three words that describes this location
I placed an online order and went to the Subway® location to pick it up. The employee prepared my sandwich right in front of me, but he used significantly less than the required amount for every ingredient, likely to cut costs. He also added zero cheese, even though my order included double the standard cheese.
When I politely asked him to fix it according to my receipt, he refused and claimed he had followed the receipt correctly. I feel I was deliberately shortchanged and denied what I paid for.
I believe there is some scamming going on at this Subway® location, and the way I was treated was pure racism because I am South Asian.
I would like this issue investigated, and appropriate action taken.

Here is an online order for tuna sub that came with no tuna. And a turkey sub that came with one slice of turkey. Never go here. Absolutely cheating.

Great customer service, sub was made so well HOWEVER I have never seen nastier bathrooms. The lovely man at the counter did say they were going to be serviced but they were so gross I could not use them.

I haven't been to this store but I've noticed that everything tastes the same. The meat subs taste the same as the cheese sub or the egg salad or veggies. Even the cookies taste like a sub sandwich at Subway. It's the same everywhere. I traveled with a carnival and Subways were where the ppl wanted to eat so I ated a lot of subway subs. It's the stores personal scent burning in a corner somewhere 😂 JK. Sorry Subway, wish I could say I love it but I can't!
