This person made wrong footlong and then argued for not putting appropriate amount of toppings and sauce. The bread was smelling like old stale bread
They guy named Sneh is a very rude guy. Zero apolgise for the wrongly made food. Instead was arguing .

Today I walked into this location at lunch time to bring lunch for my child at school . I was on a time constraint as I had to get my daughter her lunch prior to the start of lunch .
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While placing my order, the employee began preparing my sandwich without asking for my cheese preference and automatically added white cheese. When I kindly requested to change it to the spicy cheese before the sandwich was toasted, he refused—stating it would cost extra to make the change.
I was surprised, as the sandwich was still being built and no final steps had been completed. When I asked for clarification, he insisted the charge was necessary even though it was his assumption to add white cheese without asking. I then asked him to simply remove the cheese and replace it with the one I wanted. Again, he refused.
He then told me, “If you don’t want to pay extra, you can go to another Subway,” and added, “I won’t make you a sandwich then.” At that point, I had no choice but to leave—especially since I was in a rush to get lunch for my child.
To make things worse, when I asked for his name, he refused to give it. So, i thought to take his picture to help identify who he was . So here he is —here the man that wanted play hero and save subway money over two peices of cheese !
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic courtesy and the chance to get the order right—especially when the mistake was made by the employee. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re visiting this location, be aware of the poor attitude and unwillingness to provide reasonable service.
