Ordered a footlong tuna, but she gave me half scoops If I’m paying full price then I expect full proper scoops don’t go there they will cheat ur meals with improper portions and the service from Zancheen whatever her name is, the Indian staff member, was very rude. Not it. Please fire her and their prices are an absolute horror they now charge almost 18 dollars for a foot long saying “it’s because of mall price” when that is the first time I hear of that, terrible place with terrible service new management is terrible deport them
Horrible customer service very messy and dirty toppings all mixed together she put on tiny line of sauce on my sandwich and half of it was on the paper. She also did not even put a full scoop of chicken and somehow I paid $14 for half a sub
3 ladies working as sandwich makers were extremely rude with an attitude! Forced me and my son to wait on them mopping and drying the floor before they finally took his order.. upon receiving the sandwich they aggressively handed it to me along with my change. The sandwich they handed to me (an Italian B.M.T.) was assembled terribly and was missing in residents along with including low quality vegetables. I hope the manager can train better and more helpful and welcoming staff and not ones expecting tips for a terrible job.
I ordered a sandwich and a drink. After paying, I asked for a small paper bag — not a luxury item, just a basic bag to carry my food. The cashier coldly told me it would cost 15 cents and that I'd need to go through an entire new transaction just to get it. Are you serious? For a bag? At a franchise as massive as Subway?
Even worse — the bag ripped within seconds. What exactly did I pay for? Trash-quality packaging and an embarrassing customer experience?
It’s absolutely shameful that a global brand is nickel-and-diming customers like this. Cheap, petty, and pathetic. It speaks volumes about where their priorities lie — and it's clearly not with customer service.
Never stepping foot in a Subway again.
I recently ordered a sub from this Subway location and was disappointed with the experience. I requested some extra toppings while placing my order, but they were not added. Additionally, several ingredients were unavailable at the store, which wasn’t mentioned online. Although I did receive a refund, the lack of courtesy and customer service was disappointing. I hope the staff is trained to handle customer concerns with more respect.
We order online and not get stuff proper
Wrong bread veggies and sauce and when we complain on desk with staff they are very rude and i dont want ti give any name but please strict with your staff

Poor customer service refused to give us more sauce on nachos and said we cannot make a combo we have to buy a sub with that and with nachos we cannot get extra sauce. The girl was talking with an attitude very poor service the girl was Rude
Never buy again from Subway chain ! A chain that can’t afford proper delivery of sandwich to customers bcuz plastic bag is banned and asking for 30c shopping bag, is not deserved to be paid.
Feeling sick after a chicken sandwich that was $20!!!!
It is way smaller than what I got from other Subway stores.

I visited the location with my family at 7:45 PM, 15 minutes before closing. There were two other customers present, but the staff refused to accept a new order, citing their closing time. When I requested the manager’s contact information, they ignored my request and refused to provide it. Additionally, when I attempted to write down their names, they deliberately concealed their name badges. The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude, and I fail to understand how their manager condones such conduct or allows them to remain employed.

I got a sub and all I got was meat and lettuce after I inquired my sub I bite into it and a foul taste made me spit it out and after that I looked in my sub and there is rotten lettuce in there and this almost made me threw up, so I go to the counter and ask about the rotten lettuce and all they said was that is you should have inspected before eating it this shocked me because this was an outrageous answer I got and then i said was
You should all ready have fresh good vegetables for your customers
That made them be quite the after I asked for a new sub which that said no at first but I told them the same thing and they understood that and as I was investigating the vegetables I noticed that the cucumbers were dried up

I’ll admit I haven’t been to subway in a while but $12 for a 6inch? And it looks super sloppy? Wth is going on out here! Eat at home everyone!

For some reason this location charges an extra $3 for a 6-in then other locations. You think if they're going to be charging that much more they would at least take a bit of care making the sandwich? The sandwich I ordered was a mess when I unwrapped it.

Was told by an associate that they are not serving at 11am and are only preparing. The subway website says they open at 8am.
