Extremely disappointing. Wrapped sub so that it almost was falling out, were missing toppings, and seemed very out of sorts.

How is it at 3pm on tuesday in the mall you dont have bread options? All you had was 10 white. Do you not bake more when u run out. I dont get how stores can be run like this.

forgot to grab their names before leaving however i went to this location about an hour and asked how much a black forest ham foot long combo would be as it was unclear from the menu. 2 ladies had pointed to the menu where it said $8.98 for a foot long and tax would be extra. (they were not helping anyone, and were not busy at the time i had asked). i confirmed multiple times if that was the price for just the foot long or with the combo included and they told me it was the combo not just the sub. i had asked if they could get the price after tax for me as i was paying with cash and wanted to make sure i had enough and had it ready before ordering. but they just pointed at the menu again and said “$8.98 plus tax”. i left the counter to calculate the tax which came out to $10.15 and i decided to order it and to my surprise it came out to be $14.22. i understand that mistakes happen however they confirmed multiple times it was the combo and not just the sub, as well as while i was ordering someone had come up and asked the same question as me and they took the time to go to their machine and find out the exact prices for them. please train your workers better.

Very weak customer service and I would say, very rude cashier!!! They don't want to take promotion prices and they bring excuse. I believe Subway needs to work with their shops for better customer service and appreciate

This Subway at the Upper Canada food court is amazing. The young man has a great ability to multitask and keep the line moving. He had our 4 subs lined up waiting for toppings while getting the ones next in line going. The young lady was adding topping and tending cash in a very smooth operation. And they didn't overcharge like the one across the street in the plaza.

Looove the usual older lady that works there most of the time, but the younger staff are so rude. I made a mistake and asked for a 6in instead of a footlong after they cut the bread and the two younger girls there were very short with me after and kept giving each other looks after that and anytime I said anything.

Google review is too nice to them that we have to at least give them one star, I would do zero if I can! I ordered teriyaki chicken footlong, then they actually put the chicken back after they put them on the bread, then press the bread pretty hard, not sure for what reason... thanks for pressing down the soft bread to condensed -___-, then I was hoping to apply for the promotion on my subway mobile app, then been told the order was only valid for the sub with the drink after I showed them the deal doesn't say "with drink purchase" they said it is only for online order. Well, then I showed them that the code was available for "Scan at the restaurant" and this restaurant also participated in this promotion. after they scan the code, nothing came up automated. so the cashier told me "I am not familiar with the app, sorry" does that really fair for customers not to use the coupon only because the cashier is not familiar with the app? excuse me SUBWAY??
