Had the best experience today when I went to brunch with my husband and mother in law. Our server was Lucy! She was so sweet, kind and accommodating. She also made such polite conversation when I talked to her about being almost 9 months pregnant. Such a kind server and I will definitely come back to this location because of Lucy’s service and the great food. ☺️ Thank you Lucy!!

The most insulting “Lobster Benedict” I have ever been served. What showed up was a sad heap of lobster scraps/grinds that looked and smelled like cat food. Three fried eggs on a Benedict, a dish that is literally defined by poached eggs, is either ignorance or total indifference. The lobster was aggressively fishy, inedible, and clearly not fresh. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. There was zero respect for culinary fundamentals and absolutely no connection to the advertised “whole lobster tail.” Sending this out to a paying customer is embarrassing. This kitchen should be ashamed. I would never ever return here, even if it was free.

Walked in and waited for a server to greet us, and after being seated we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes without even being asked for drinks to start. I’ve been to a different Sunset Grill before and the food was pretty good but the service is rarely on par.

We just ended up leaving and went to Davis Diner instead. Service was way better with comparable pricing.

I'm a long time fan. But today I tried the Smash Burger. The meat tastes like meat. The thing that struck me most though was that this product completes with McDs. But it's better, fresher, it costs pretty much the same, and you get to sit in a nice civilized environment to enjoy your meal. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

I had called two weeks ahead to book a breakfast for 16 people.My group was in a 5 km walk that morning so I wanted to ensure we had somewhere to go right after. Res
ervations were made and the manager took my number in case of any issues. Our party arrived 10 minutes ahead of our reservation and when I told the waitress our party name she looked shocked. She ran to the back to speak to the manager and they both went behind the kitchen to chat. They were pointing into the restaurant and the manager shrugged his shoulders. No one came back to talk to us and they both were clearly avoiding me. As I looked around there was another large party that seemed to have been recently seated.
No one bothered to come to us or help us. We were clearly ignored.
Disappointing that no one came to talk to me or help us out. After 10 minutes we left.
Will never be going to that restaurant again. I advise if you make reservations to continue calling ahead of time to ensure they don’t give your table away.

I had a nice quiet breakfast with my daughters this morning, until a few people say at a table nearby on his phone listening to something EVERYONE could here. I feel like it's incredibly rude and annoying and all food establishments should put signs up to tell patrons no speaker phones.
