Always have loved the festive special at Swiss chalet. What a disappointment last night at this location. Spring rolls just chicken left overs no veggies. Stuffing dry and fries overcooked. I even found the chicken dry. 100 for 3 adults and never again. So update 6 weeks later. No response from store. Not surprised.

I want to share an experience at Harry Walker – Swish Chalet so others with food allergies can make informed decisions.
On Saturday, January 31 around 5:45 PM, we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and spring roll. At the time of ordering, staff were clearly informed of a severe allergy to tomatoes, and the order specifically requested no tomatoes or tomato-based ingredients, including sauces.
When the sandwich arrived, there was visible sauce on it. We asked about the sauce and again reminded staff of the allergy. We were told that the sandwich did not contain tomatoes and was safe to eat.
Shortly after eating, the customer experienced a serious allergic reaction and required emergency medical attention.
We later reached out to the owner to explain what happened. The response did not address the allergy concern directly, though a manager later acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and said she would follow up.
This experience was very concerning, especially for anyone with food allergies. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve allergy communication and food handling procedures to help prevent similar situations in the future.
I ate here with 2 of my co-workers, after a long cold day. We each had completely different meals, the food was hot and fresh Our server was Francine, she was a delight in all aspects. We 3 definitely recommend this location.

Who ever you had managing the closing shift on Sunday Jan 4 2026 need to be fired. I placed an order, have my email confirmation for 9:28pm pick up, get there 930 and the entire restaurant is closed. There are orders coming in. They shut down the restaurant early and are hiding in the back. They actively turned the lights off while we were standing here waiting.
Lost over $50 worth of Swiss points on this crap.
