came with a party of five this evening, arriving at approximately 6:20 PM ordered almost right away and mentioned that we were in a hurry because we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The food didn’t arrive until 7:10 PM. The chicken in the wrap and sandwich was cold. The cheeseburger that my daughter ordered was cold and had a hair on it. One of us ordered a salad with our main dish and they delivered fries. We also ordered kids cheesy noodles with chicken and there was no chicken. The absolute worst part of this experience was my son ordered a quarter chicken with salad and they brought it on a KIDS plate which barely fit the food and he had a hell of a time eating it without it spilling off the plate.
I spoke to the waitress about the unpleasant experience and how many items they got wrong with our order, the poor quality and the amount of time we waited for it. She acknowledge that they would take care of something on the bill. Than another new women arrived and I had to repeat myself (in the middle of our late dinner) when the bill arrived they had done absolutely nothing to correct or amend the situation. They tried fixing one of the orders and by redoing it and bringing it out after we’ve already told them repeatedly that they took too long to deliver it in the first place and we had to leave. then they offered to give us free dessert which we refused and said we can’t accept it because we have no time and are late for our tournament. I simply ask them to adjust the invoice with respect to the feedback that I had provided(third time). My son who plays U 15 lacrosse became extremely ill after his salad and quarter chicken dinner and ended up staying on the bench in his next game.
needless to say this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in any memory and absolutely the worst experience of a Swiss chalet of which we frequent regularly. We will absolutely never come back to this place

One of the worst I've ever eaten at or taken out. Service is crap and take out every worse. No napkins or fork for friggin take out poutine ? No utensils when dining in and chicken seemed like it was boiled and not at all rotisserie....ive eaten at many Swiss Chalets in ontario and the gta and this is by far the worst.

Where's the chicken? The quarter chicken leg is so small you can barely find it. Every year it seems to get smaller. The dinner does not include salads and offers very little value.

Meat was good, but French fries was extra dry, I guess they was cooked yesterday. Because I can say it was not fries but chips. It was 11:00 am so they just open.

Phew, good grief - don’t order take-out here. I waited 45 min (2 meals) from time of order to getting my food although the website said it would be 15 min. It is difficult to coordinate pick up when you have young kids and I completely regret doing this. Should have just had it delivered.
A woman came in and ordered one meal directly from the takeout counter and had hers within 10 min. I don’t understand what the hold up was.

Delivery orders(Skip, Uber) are neglected at takeout counter. Only pickup orders are given first. I had to wait approximately 1hr to collect Delivery order.

Second time being to this location, always seems to be pretty good. My daughter loves the robot that delivers the food. I had the same waitress twice. She did a fantastic job. If I had a suggestion, make sure you haven't ran out of the cheese bread and the Caesar salad. The fries on the menu are the cheapest thing for a restaurant to purchase and serve. Make sure that the fries are full and don't be a cheapskate on them. Other than that, overall great experience
