Insanely slow service! You can order a simple crunchy taco with fries and take a lap around the whole mall before they even finish the order! I also agree with other comments that they do NOT put enough toppings on the tacos and fries. Don’t go here if you work in the mall and only have a 30 minute lunch break because it takes them that long to bag some fries.

They make your online order when you arrive, instead of when the declared pickup time is. My order was 20 minutes late because they didn’t even start on it. This has happened multiple times. (20-30 minutes late)

I ordered a Deluxe box which includes 5 items plus a drink, cost should be $15.99+tax
But at the cashier, she say total is $28.75 which is way more than it should be, then I found out she added other than the Deluxe Box, plus 4 more items which is suppose to be included in the Deluxe Box Combo. What a scam !!
Once I confronted her, she went inside the kitchen and talked to another guy and deleted the order and punch in just Deluxe Box which is $18.07. Save me over ten dollars.

Vile, absolutely vile. I would call it disgusting but that would be a compliment, the food I ate does not deserve that title. I ordered an item that is called a “beef burrito”, but it could be passed off as slop. The food was incredibly mushy like my dog’s shit when I pick it up. When I took a bite out of the “burrito”, it didn’t look like beef, rather it looked like the employees took turns throwing up in a tortilla shell. I don’t know what they put in my food but it had my ass ripped to shreds a few hours later.
What that food did to my stomach was a crime, and it had my toilet looking like a crime scene. I have never tasted an abomination this bad in my entire life. Needless to say, I will NEVER dine at Taco Bell for as long as I may live.

Amazing, friendly staff, but the food prep is sub par. I dont find they put enough toppings on the tacos and the Fries Supreme. Too dry. The property itself could also use some renovations. I wouldnt eat-in.

We ordered veggie crunch wrap superme and they gave with beef . When we went back they replaced the order however they gave this time with chicken . Such a ridiculous service .when we complained second time , manager, instead of apologizing rather was argumenting saying we didn't tell clearly. Extremely rude and poor

Ordered BEAN tacos and was served BEEF tacos instead. I am vegetarian and ate beef because of their mistake. The girl who was taking the order, did not even apologize and the manager was laughing about it like it was a joke for her. Didn’t even offer to make the right order.They need to learn how to acknowledge your mistake and make the customers happy. Sorry but they need training from scratch.Shame on them!
