Ordered a vegetarian option and got chicken on my food, it’s disappointing when the music is loud inside and you tell them I don’t want meat and they answered you yes sure but then they don’t cook the food that you asked for.

I was there tonight and ordered a number 4 and paid for a spring roll for take out. When I got home there was no spring roll. No use calling and complaining because the server couldn’t understand me.

I adore this place!! I used to live downtown and there was a couple locations there but I like this one the best not only does he make a delicious meal but the porportions are good too I can usually eat two meals out of the one! The owner is a real funny guy and he makes me smile everytime i stop by :)

I am a regular customer at Thai Express, and unfortunately, this location has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I ordered a vegetable Pad Thai with added tofu, but there seemed to be a miscommunication, as I received a tofu Pad Thai only - no vegetables. The portion size was noticeably smaller than at other locations, filling only half the container. To make matters worse, the tofu and noodles were burnt, and despite confirming that I was okay with egg, my order did not include any. It was by far the least enjoyable meal I’ve had at any Thai Express. I cannot recommend this location. Additionally, the store was empty, so I can’t attribute the issues to being busy. The staff could have taken more time to prepare a better meal.

This location at hary walker and davis is my fave. The food tastes great and is always fast, fresh and clean. The guys that work there are always nice and work fast. The dining area is spotless. Always a great experience.

I've been a regular at Thai Express and usually enjoy my meals, but my visit to this particular location was extremely disappointing. The Pad Thai I received was the worst I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and there was absolutely no seasoning—just bland and flavorless. It’s frustrating because I’ve had great meals at other locations, but this one really missed the mark.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, based on this experience, I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here, as it seems many others have had similar issues. I won’t be returning to this location again anytime soon
