I visited your Upper Canada Mall location with my daughter and ordered a coffee and a donut, paying $4.68. Afterward, I noticed there was a promotion for 2 donuts and a small coffee for $3.99.
I was not made aware of this promotion when ordering, and when I asked afterward if I could adjust my order, I was told I could not because I hadn’t specifically mentioned it. When I asked the server to explain why, the only response I received was that “it’s the rule,” without further clarification.
I find this approach unfair and misleading. Customers should not be expected to know and state promotions in order to benefit from them—especially when their purchase already qualifies.
I kindly ask that management address this “rule” with staff, as it does not reflect good customer service and leaves a very poor impression.

Just ordered the Dapper Doughnut. Great selection of flavours. Just bought it a few hours ago. Not sure if it's the long weekend, or near the end of the day. But these doughnuts don't taste fresh. Taste old. The cereal on top of the peanut butter doughnut was stale, and so was the kit Kat crumble. The doughnuts tasted dry too. Unfortunate.

I always go to this store when I visit upper Canada mall. They have the most creative and tasty doughnut's. Very random but they also sell delicious chicken and veggie samosas that I tried today and were amazing. I recommend you to stop by this place.

Just the right size for me, I call it donut sampler. Taste good and not so sweet for a fancy donuts. They have lots of flavors to choose from so next time if I’m in the area I know I still have a lot of flavors to choose from.

The coffee is always fresh and hot. Better than the expensive other coffee companies you might be tempted to buy but in my opinion are not worth the price.
The mini donuts here at The Dapper Doughnut are always fresh, delicious and great price for the value.

Best donuts ever ... the donut dough isn't laced with sugar syrup ... it has its own unique taste that's not overpoweringly sweet.... toppings are top notch, not some cheap stuff...
The most delicious donuts and sometimes they have great coffee and donut deal. Although I’m impressed with the donuts I’m leaving this review cause I received exceptional service today. I was buying coffee from Starbucks paying with cash, I only had big bills and Starbucks didn’t have change given Upper Canada mall opens 11 and this was 10:30 AM. I went over to other places asking if they had change and that I’d buy something if So. Nowhere had change but Nihal went to find me change from her personal $$. I bought some donuts anyway to go with my morning coffee but I truly was impressed by her hospitality and didn’t make me feel like I’m a hassle. Every place should hire more employees like such. Truly dedicated to providing A1 service.

I love this donut spot. On my last visit south I had to stop by here three times over the span of two weeks. A dozen donuts cost about $15 but it’s well worth the money spent. Each donut is two bite-size donut making it so easy to try different flavors without feeling super guilty.

Love Dapper and their mini donuts. So many different kinds to choose from. Every donut I've tried has been great, if not amazing. I find you get way more flavour and less doughy taste with these compared to regular size donuts. The staff is so friendly as well, always greeted with a smile. I went to grab some donuts today, they were out of jelly filled at the time, but offered to make me some fresh without hesitation. Was a very short wait and the donuts were fantastic. Thank you Dapper and staff!
