Great little shop, loved the atmosphere, staff were patient and answered all of my questions.
Would highly recommend the 'awesome strawberry' drink. I came an hour before closing and the brownie and double chocolate cookies were still soft and delicious.

The very very young girl employee was not very organized, asked for brewed tea and I got some awful tasting tea. Wife asked for a cappuccino and she got ice coffee with no milk or anything. PRICES ARE REDICULOUS.

Had an amazing experience at the tea shop I had come in to try one of the delicious drinks after I realized they also sold patty’s so I ordered one the employee Raichel had informed me they didn’t have any ready after she changed me but she was so sweet and kind offered to deliver them to my work down the street as I was on lunch didn’t have time to wait I appreciate how she went above and beyond customer service I will definitely be returning would highly recommend this spot to anyone again thank you so much to Raichel you are an absolutely amazing staff

They have hired this chap named Jacob who is the best bubble tea connoisseur. He is able to make your drink fast and has glorious recommendations that satisfy the most discerning palate. Hope you get your own shop one day buddy!

Came for bubble tea on a Wednesday afternoon. Got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. Milk tea was good, good amount of sugar just allot of ice. Tapioca pearls were good. Customer service was also good, lady at the front was nice. Vibe inside is great for chilling or studying, allot of people were studying on the second floor. Would recommend.

I don't know, but anybody else. But they have the best blueberry iced TO whatever it is. It is awesome and everything else they have is awesthey have a place upstairs to socialize to play chess. They have Washington very, very welcome in place and even if you just want to sit upstairs and venture a while. You can also do that

The Fresh Tea Shop is located at the end of the Historic Main Street in Newmarket, just a few steps away from Fairy Lake and tons of local businessesThe employees are always so friendly and down to earth, as well as knowledgeable about the various drinks offered. Seasonally, there’s usually something new to try! Pricing is a bit steep and their baked goods are heavily overpriced, although I understand this is a franchise standard and there isn’t much this location can do to change thisThe interior decor is lovely and the fireplace is a really warm touch to the space. My husband and I enjoy walking upstairs to sit down, have a drink, and play chess that’s available for use on the tables. Although, the paint colour on the wall is very old and tacky and the washrooms aren’t incredibly maintainedOverall, it’s a solid choice to visit in Newmarket for a refreshing drink and a study session with friends. The employees are wonderful and we’re always so impressed by their professionalism and kindness!
Wheelchair accessibility: This is not a wheelchair accessible establishment. There are approximately 3-4 steps to walk up in order to reach the door (no handrail) and the door is very heavy to open. Seating is available inside, although there are about a dozen stairs to climb before you reach the seating area. The staircase is wide and there are some sturdy handrails
