A new favorite. Their microbrews are consistently good to great with smooth finish and a wide range of tastes. But the food is superb. The Mac & Cheese & Bacon & Carmelized Onions was wonderful, and the serving sizes were almost too large. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to again and again.

I have been here a number of times and continue to go back for the food and great staff. I will say I'm not a "craft beer guy" but, they have something for everyone.If you don't want to eat the same poor quality chain pub food this place is for you.Oh I forgot to mention the atmosphere is great! Definitely a must hit spot.

This is “the” quintessential neighbourhood pub… amazing food made fresh (above and beyond your standard pub fare) . Locally (made in house) beer and drinks also delicious. The staff are friendly and do everything they can to make your visit the best.

We have been going here over the last 2 years. The food and service us always on the mark. The best waiter ever is James. He always radiates like he's the owner here. The menu is simple and changes through the year, always has something new and delicious. There are over a dozen flavours of their own beers. Prices are good too. It's nice to eat in our home town in lieu of going to the big city.
Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The prime rib melted on my mouth. Wish they had more mixed drink selections but they are a brewery after all

Been to the George a few times now. Mostly for a beer in the summer. New Year's Eve we went with another couple for a few hours for dinner and a couple of drinks. Server Charlie was great attentive, but not overbearing with some good ideas of the menu. I ended up having the beef dip. My wife had the Yorkshire pudding and beef. The beef dip was actually delicious, normally the sauce is very salty, but this was not at all and the beef is normally chewy, but this was not either. Highly recommended. My wife had the Yorkshire pudding with beef. She had one and I had the other, unfortunately, I had to give up some of my beef dip to acquire, said Yorkshire pudding with beef. It was delicious, but if I was to order another I would go for the beef dip. All in all it was a great night good service, good food and great friends to bring in 2024 I eat there again? Absolutely.
