'The Sticks' is the bar where everyone knows your name - Sam is an excellent host, very attentive and supremely welcoming. Every time we visit, we are remembered and made to feel like VIP's. The beer selection is great and always rotating, the food (by Masalafied) has never disappointed and the crowd is always kind. This bar is so cozy and the food is amazing! This place is a must try when in Newmarket! Shout out to our server Sam who’s always so friendly and provides above and beyond service.

Hockey Night in Canada and great Beer! Had a night out with my brother and we’d been wanting to try this place out for a while. Once we got in and saw the fantastic beer options and food with the Leafs playing on the big screen we kicked ourselves for not coming sooner. Fantastic owner, had a great chat about the bar and all the things going on in the beer world. I cannot recommend this place enough, I am for sure coming back and bringing friends and family with me!
