Very good spot for wings in Newmarket. We dined in and thought that the flavour and crisp on both saucy and dry rubs was very good. Would recommend!

Wings Hut has delicious food. I really enjoy the wings, and wraps and fries. The quality is consistent, and the portions are good for the price. A hidden gem in Newmarket.

The fries were stale, they've been reheated and way too salty to hide the fact that they were old. The wings were average. The food took too long to arrive and everyone's food arrived at different times which wasn't good obviously. Really didn't like the service and definitely wouldn't go back. Don't recommend.
WingHut is my go-to spot for amazing chicken wings! They have an incredible selection of sauces, so there’s always something new to try, and every flavor I’ve had has been spot on. The wings are always high quality, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor—never dry or overdone.

THE RESOLUTION SHOULD NOT BE OFFERED AND REVOKED.It's a very sad day for this family-owned restaurant. We have been massive supporters since day one of opening. We've never had a bad experience. Our recent order on February 10th for $150 was completely unmerchantable standard. We are the last people on Earth to make anyone's day difficult, but wanted to bring the issue up to management as soon as possible. We called the very next day and spoke to a manager by the name of Vijay we explained to them that the 4 lb of wings with the two extra pounds from the Monday special where very dry hard and of like a jerky texture. We've never experienced this before the fries were very stale hard as if they had been cooked and then reheated. Again very different from the normal crispy fries we usually look forward to receiving. We also offered videos and pictures of the caesar wraps showing the brown and wilted lettuce again very unusual from our normal expectation BJ apologized and said that because it is the day after the Super Bowl and they were very busy that some of these things may have slipped past the quality control and made its way to our table. He offered to refund or credit me for the order. He also explained that because it is a small family-run business (spoke to the owners many of times) that they're doing the best they can and try to save money by offering leftovers from the day before on Mondays "help the community ". He also stated that they were doing me a favor because they added two extra sauces at no charge for the Monday night special. Keep in mind we are regular and frequent customers. At this point I could tell that it was probably best VJ refrain from offering any more reasons and excuses for the establishment. I explained to him that having a smaller organization should allow them to have more focus and attention on quality control. This phone call was not to cast blame or cause issues it was to bring something to their attention. I would love for opportunities like this to address our business and establishment. He then called me back 5 minutes later and told me that they would need the food. I said no problem I have all of the fries and wings left over not sure exactly what they're expecting to see especially since they've been sitting for 12 hours and I have videos and pictures of the caesar wraps and that I would bring them in. While making my way in he called me back again and said that he spoke to the owners and the owners have decided they will not do anything for me because they spoke to the chef and the chef assured them that he used fresh lettuce. The way in which this was handled was a disorganized circus at best. The quality of the food was DISGUSTING. Revoking their offer was even more disgusting. Just as they are trying to survive as a business we are trying to survive as a family and every single penny counts in this fragile and turbulent economy. I can no longer recommend anyone we know to this establishment not just for the decline in quality but in how they choose to unethical run their customer service and retention.
I offered to speak to the owners if they wanted to call me and Vijay said that they weren't interested and I can call them. If anyone would like the pictures and phone call logs to support this review please feel free to reach out.
