So today this morning I went to this Tim Hortons to get a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese and hash brown with medium double double. Guess what they put inside my sandwich, a fricking sausage, instead of egg and cheese. I don’t recommend this location to anyone there customer service is terrible. 0/0👎👎👎👎👎

Actual conversation with employee. Me "hello how are you?" Employee "what can I get you?" Just ignored my greeting. I think it takes more effort to be rude than kind. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
2nd time ordering here via drivethru. Both times have been suspiciously quick but the bread for my sandwhich and for my bagel were raw and run through the toaster for like a second. Disappointing, if I’m going to pay 7$ for a coffee and bagel I’d like it to be atleast half decent, not half assed.

I work at a tim’s, and don’t know of anything that could contaminate a bagel with blue? this was very concerning and there’s been a few times when my order has been wrong or they just substitute something in my order without asking me if that’s okay. won’t be returning anymore
