I was subjected to racism today by the girl at the counter wearing a hijab. I went at 7:30AM, hoping for a nice start to the morning. Instead of welcoming a guest with a “Good morning! What can I get for you today?”, the first words she uttered were “Delivery?” Just because I’m Indian, she assumed I’m there to pick up a delivery order?
I scolded her to not assume such things and treat guests properly, but she didn’t even apologize. I spoke to the manager, who was kind and apologetic, which I appreciate.
At the end of the day, if employees are not warm and welcoming, and they cannot be trained to become so, they should not be working in a customer-facing job. There are many others that would happily work at Tim Hortons and offer exemplary service and attitude.

I always order my coffee from this location, and the quality has always been the best. But tonight, for the first time, when I went to Tim Hortons at this location, unfortunately the coffee was very, very cold and tasteless. I was really disappointed. I’ve noticed that the morning staff are perfect and do their job amazingly, but the night shift doesn’t care about the quality or the customers. From now on, I will never get coffee from this location at night or in the evening.

I visited this Tim Hortons last week, and my experience was extremely disappointing. While waiting for my order, several employees were speaking in their own language and constantly glancing in my direction. It genuinely felt like I was the target of their conversation, which made me very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.
In a customer-facing environment, professionalism should come first. Employees should be communicating in a way that all customers can understand, especially when serving them. Speaking in their own language around customers creates an uninviting atmosphere and, in this case, made me feel singled out and disrespected.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously. Customers deserve to feel comfortable, respected, and valued - not uneasy during their visit.
We placed the order via mobile order and waited under the “Mobile Order Pickup” sign for 15 minutes. No one called out a name or order number, so we went to the counter to ask. One staff member told us we should wait at the mobile order pickup sign, but we explained we had already been waiting there for 15 minutes. She then very rudely claimed that the order had been sitting there for 20 minutes, which was impossible since we hadn’t even placed the order 20mins ago. And there was nothing under the sign because the order had been placed INSIDE the counter where no one can see it! SO STUPID

I’ve been to many Tim Hortons, but the one at 855 Mulock Drive really stands out! The staff here are always friendly, fast, and seem to genuinely care about making your day better. My coffee is always hot and fresh, and my food orders are accurate every time. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Whether I’m grabbing a quick drive-thru coffee on the way to work or sitting inside for a break, the service is consistently excellent. Highly recommend this location!
