Not really a complaint, but a suggestion. Please place to tops with the spout on the opposite side of the seam. My coffee dripped all over my shirt… didn’t notice until I got out of the car. Luckily I was just heading home.

Deb was very enthusiastic and kind when it came to placing my order and made sure that my order was to my liking, she is definitely who I will be looking forward to seeing whenever I go to the Yonge and sawmills Tim Hortons!

Ordered in today and recieved an error on my order. Was suppose to get a CAN of the french vanilla cappuccino but instead was sent a Cup of French Vanilla. ( i was not paying $10 for a $2 drink)
Called and they rectified the issue immediately sending someone out with the correct item.
They were extremely polite and apologetic even though it was obviously an honest error.
The rest of the order tasted amazing.
