Today, I got a wrap, and there was hair in it. I told them they should at least wear a hairnet, but they rudely told me it wasn’t their hair. 😳 Eventually, they refunded my money.

Atmosphere is good and clean. The only reason I gave 1 star is to bring your attention to change the washroom lights from neon blue to regular yellow or white! I started feeling dizzy within 2 mins of entering the washroom. It’s a HAZARD! Please change it before accidents happen.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a polite server, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to see that my server handled my money and then my tea and muffin without changing gloves. Using the same gloves to touch both the cash register and food items raises hygiene concerns. I hope Tim's will address this and ensure that their staff follows proper food safety practices. Let’s keep the focus on cleanliness – I’m sure the inside of the till isn’t food-ready...or is it?

Terrible, the service sucks so does the employees. The employees were so rude to me after I told them I wanted a refund since what I asked they did not give me and they were also rude about it too i would’ve given this place 0 stars if I could that’s how bad this Tim Hortons is I do not recommend at all!

Ewww they told me they were closed at 6:58 and had lots of baked goods sitting, the girl asks the guy what they should do with the leftovers. I heard them and say yeah what will you do? When i was trying to order.. and he says they will keep it overnight and sell in the morning. Ewwwww gross don't buy from tims they should be ashamed

I have to say, this was the cleanest Tim Hortons I EVER went to hands down. Tables were always cleaned as soon as someone left. Hardly see that at a Tim's. Floors were clean. Staff was tidying up all the time. Washrooms were prestine! Weird purple blue lights in the bathroom was different, but cool. Made me laugh. Not sure what that is about? Blue light bathroom 😂. The staff were all friendly and accurate and fast. The places is all updated. Nicest Tim Hortons in all the many I've travelled to, North, south, east and west! Even nicer than the one across the border in the US at the Sarnia crossing and nicer than the on in Scotland. Kudos to this place!
