Went through drive thru for a coffee. Handed it to me without closing the lid properly and burnt my hands and lap. Not even an apology after that happened and blamed it on me for not holding the cup properly. One worker had acknowledged the fact that his coworkers hadn’t properly secured the lid and scolded her for it. Had the audacity to laugh after closing the window and only apologized when I confronted them. Terrible service and terrible attitude. Come here if you want a lap full of coffee and disappointment

A little appalled at how downtown new market is getting. It blew my mind that they have blue lights in the bathroom so people can't do drugs . Also, there are a lot of people on drugs that hang out around and inside this tims . This is disgusting that new market has turned into this, you can't even have your kids go down to tim Hortons, from where you live because of drug addicts and alcoholics.

Today, I got a wrap, and there was hair in it. I told them they should at least wear a hairnet, but they rudely told me it wasn’t their hair. 😳 Eventually, they refunded my money.
