Then please, visit the Tim Hortons at 191 Davis Dr. It's got everything that's wrong with this once great chain in one convenient location. I just wish there was a ranking lower than 1 star.

My ultimate favourite Tim Hortons location. Why? I’ve only ever had positive experiences. The team provides exceptional customer service. Friendly, and professional they are something retail outlets should strive for. Thank you for making EVERY interaction cheerful, and often fun-filled! Please don’t make it your favourite lol or I’ll have to wait longer in the drive through—just kidding! Keep up the fantastic service!

This store is the same as all the others. The thing about Tim Hortons is that the stores smell the same. I guess it's comforting knowing your favourite food will be there. The thing that differs from all the stores is the coffee water. It changes from one place to another. I have friends that go out of their way to get they're favouite coffee. I like green tea and so far they always have it in stock 😆

I just moved so I had to change location of the Tim's I go to. Now that I have been coming in here, there is a lady named Cathy who is absolutely amazing! Always makes my icecap perfectly and is just such a pleasure to deal with. Such a sweet lady and it makes me enjoy coming in here!.
The second branch of Tim Hortons they don’t do protein latte for the reason that we don’t have the milk. This is so disappointed and you guys need to do something about the staff

OMG i thought i have seen tim hortons with worst service but this one nailed it. They don’t understand the order properly then don’t even bother to mark the coffees and want us to assume. And to note it was not even busy and there were only 2 cars in drive through. If ask about it they make faces and facial expressions like they dgaf. I would rather recommend to go the one near 404 on Davis, atleast they serve you with a smile.
