We come 3 or 4 times a week. Usually the tables are not cleaned, we ask frequently to have the table cleaned, and it seems like such a chore!! Who wants to sit and eat/have coffee etc with dried up Chilli, or food crumbs or scratch ticket shavings all over?? Tables, chairs, window ledges always are in need of a good wipe down. We have asked for Chilli many times--they have usually run out--this is lunch time or early afternoon and it's already gone!! The drive thru is always busy, which is great, but it seems that those coming into the store to purchase are always waiting. Drive thru takes priority I guess. It's unfortunate, this establishment could do so much better. Perhaps the owners think it's enough, but its not.

Excellent Coffee Experience of my early morning. I always have awonderful time at this coffee shop — the atmosphere is cozy, clean, and full of positive energy. The coffee and pastries were absolutely fresh, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to Shima and Sara, the amazing supervisors, for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They truly make the place shine and ensure every customer feels welcome. A cosy place with friendly staff. I really enjoy stopping by most afternoons; the team is consistently nice and welcoming, many thanks to Fatemeh and the other staff. 🙏🌹 The only suggestion I have is to play light, low-volume background music in the afternoons and evenings instead of the current loud, noisy music.

This Tim Hortons location is one of the best I’ve visited. The staff are always welcoming and polite, and my order is prepared quickly and exactly how I want it. The store is clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy coffee or a meal. Definitely one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations

I just went through the drive through order 2 bagel one was bagel with cream cheese and was 12 brown bagel with just eggs. When I came home trying to eat it the 12 brown bagel was fully burnt out and I call the store right away they hang up the phone on me . Really disappointed.
