I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons in Newmarket. I was clearly the only person in line after a police officer who was picking up his order. An older man walked in from the side door, chatted with the officer, and then jumped ahead of me in line. The staff member at the counter，a young Indian guy, completely ignored me and took the other man’s order without even checking who was next.
When I pointed it out, the man admitted he saw me but claimed he didn’t know I was in line—very rude. I also told the staff that they should be helping to maintain line order, not just serving whoever walks up. There was no apology or acknowledgment.
I usually love Tim Hortons, but this visit really ruined my experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I had a fantastic experience here. The staff that worked in the morning were absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Five stars isn't enough, I'd give them more if I could.

This location undoubtedly stands out for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall appearance. The staff are fantastic, and even the washrooms are incredibly tidy, making it feel like home. I hope all other locations can replicate this standard!

Literally, the only Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life that doesn’t cook their bacon. If you want cold frozen raw bacon, this is the location for you. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life and their response Is that this is how this location operates.
Extremely concerned with food handling and safety at this location. Watched what seems like the only employee at 5:50ish AM Monday. Grab my order with her gloves while touching every other surface imaginable. Even accepted my cash with those same gloves. I asked her how often she changed her gloves because I watched her handle my meal with what seemed like unsafe food handling. I got lectured that she was the wrong person to bring this up with as she is very health conscious with food prep. Suffice to say I should have refused my order. Won't visit this location again any time soon. Would be good to get a random health inspection in the off hours.
