Literally, the only Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life that doesn’t cook their bacon. If you want cold frozen raw bacon, this is the location for you. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life and their response Is that this is how this location operates.

Extremely concerned with food handling and safety at this location. Watched what seems like the only employee at 5:50ish AM Monday. Grab my order with her gloves while touching every other surface imaginable. Even accepted my cash with those same gloves. I asked her how often she changed her gloves because I watched her handle my meal with what seemed like unsafe food handling. I got lectured that she was the wrong person to bring this up with as she is very health conscious with food prep. Suffice to say I should have refused my order. Won't visit this location again any time soon. Would be good to get a random health inspection in the off hours.

If you walk in you wait up to 10 min get served My Grandson liked a Donut and because we waited to be served by the 4th. Car even his favourite donut he wanted was gone,because we never go served by this time.

The server Made mistake in size of coffee and delivered soggy croissants and cold coffee. Instead of apologize said to his supervisor I can't listen to this nationality.
I stop on my way to work every single morning to get a coffee and something small to snack. The ladies in there are wonderful and very organized, compared to a lot of the Tim HortonsI have stopped at.

Worst Location in Canada.
The workers are all impolite. The lady Sara who took my order lacks ethics and manners. Her parents did not rise her right. She needs to be replaced ASAP if this Tim Hortons place wants to survive. Coffee is always expired, and they still pour it from the machine. No one changes gloves. They touch cash and then go make food with the same gloves! That’s disgusting. Look at the services of my boston cream. Absolute rubbish.

See normally I don't have too much issue with this location but more recently the staff are impolite. Speakerbox didn't seem to be working so I spoke louder and clearer for the employee. No tone of voice, nothing. Yet I get reprimanded and told "You know, don't be rude I can't hear you." With nothing but sass and rudeness. I was using a reasonable volume and increased said volume after being told they couldn't hear me. I don't know what the staff's problem is,but it's not my job to have staff berate me for something I didn't do.

Drive-through staff are rude, inconsiderate, and very judgemental as a former Tim Hortons employee of 10 years. I would never treat a customer the way that they treat our customers. It’s actually disgusting. They make their location quite obvious that they’re in the ghetto from how they are themselves and they present themselves.

I would like to give a shout out to the wonderful Sharon that works the drive thru weekday mornings. She is just a wonderful lady - always cheerful and kind. She remembers my that I like extra milk with my tea!!! She deserves a lot of recognition as I am sure all customers feel the same way about her!! This location is definitely lucky to have her - she makes your location worth visiting!
