I have worked in 2 different shift 9 to 5 and 12 to 8 both the times whenever i go there to relax myself and get some caffeine they always give cold coffee or else expired coffee and if we tell the staffs and do complain they are like we have only these kind of coffee hoping new tims get open in near Davis or else my office so we can stop visiting this place

I work in the hospital. In 3 different instances, I was given the wrong order. Today one of them. A staff being on break means limited time and eating something is crucial for someone to be able to maintain productivity throughout a long shift. Me waiting today for more than 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and ultimately having to refund it because it was being made for the 3 time, as they gave it someone else the second time, is not fair by any means. I spent all my break waiting in there and ending up hungry and back to my job for another couple of hours. I am writing because this keeps happening to myself and my colleagues. I hope Natalie is able to facilitate a better experience in the future.

They just did a grand reopening after extensive renovations and I had hopes that things would improve. Guess what! The place is more disorganized than ever. I feel like a hostage at this place as I work "close by". Why is it so hard to run a Tim Horton's here. This is without a doubt the most incompetently run Tim Horton's I have ever been to.

The staff are extremely rude. They never acknowledge customers, there coffee and French Vanilla is just hot water with no flavor and I recieved a Turkey Bacon Club with Human hair in it.
When going back to the Tim's to let them know I was told there's no manager o site,.and the people in charge have no idea how to take refunds. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated with this company.

Went today and order a breakfast sandwich. I asked If we could have Ketchup on the sandwich. The servicer Sandeep was extremely rude and said no. I was confused and though maybe he didn't hear me. He told me there not allowed to use ketchup at tim hortons its there Policy. I was only able to get Mayo. I never heard of this before but regardless he was so rude. He should rethink he's job in customer service.

Slow, unorganized, and they seem to only care for the mobile orders after they’ve gotten through all the guests in line. What is the point of mobile ordering if it is not faster? Isn’t that the literal function of mobile ordering? To be quicker??Today I went in and saw the last Apple fritter so I put in a mobile order for it, because I assumed it would be easier than waiting in the line that already consisted of 5 guests waiting to order. I then proceeded to wait nearby and watched them give out the last Apple fritter to someone who ordered after me. Not a big deal to me, it’s just very annoying considering they gave me another option for a donut, but they didn’t have good options at this location to begin with.I understand the mobile ordering and long lines of guests may be difficult to manage at the same time. However, even when I order at the register, should it really take 3 minutes to make one iced Capp? Not even a smile from the employee taking the order, which I’ve seen multiple times at this location.This is the second time this month I’ve had an issue with Tim Hortons (the other issue occurring at a Tims half an hour away, regarding lack of compensation when they did not have the item I ordered). Perhaps hire more employees to manage mobile orders or find a way to update the app when the item we order is out of stock. Could save everyone the headache.We’ve also had multiple issues regarding the quality of the drinks. I haven’t had issues with how they make the drinks at any other Tims except this location. I once got an Oreo iced Capp with a serious lack of Oreo (which again, has never happened to me with other Tims locations). My sister (who has been staying at the hospital for 4 weeks now), ordered a creamy chocolate chill and received a drink with no flavour. She also says 3/5 times there is no whipped cream. We wish they would add better donut options to this location.There is also a Tims grab n go at this hospital, but I have never seen it open. Maybe it is open in the mornings, but never when I come to visit in the evenings.

The wait time is terrible. Over 20 minutes just serving 3 people ... and then not having steeped tea or any kind of breakfast sandwich. Terrible task keeping and time management ?‍♀️
