Took 20 mins for our oreo ice cap and everything bagel which they both got wrong. They had nothing to make the oreo ice cap they advertised then gave us just a mocha flavored one which we told them not to make us and just to make an normal ice cap. The icing on top of it all I also go the worse made bagel of my life didn't even taste like an everything bagel.

I ordered a coffee here and when I got it back to my room realized it was so watered down, it tasted like hot water with milk and sugar. Brought it back and the lady at the counter, who I could barely understand, poured me another one from the same pot. Of course I didn’t realize this until I got back to my room so I had to go back yet again. When I was waiting, I noticed ants crawling all over the scones on the bottom rack. Gross. Terrible Tim Hortons, terrible coffee, terrible service. Beware

I visited Tim Hortons while I was in the hospital and the service was amazing, staff was very kind easy to talk to and fast at taking and putting out orders that kept the line moving which made for a lesser wait time also noticed how clean and organized it was as it should be for being in a hospital.

Staff is rude.
The staff actually accused me of entering an incorrect order into the ordering system, when the system failed to transfer the correct order to staff display, and they were rude about it. I have never ever experienced a business abuse customers like this. And more surprising is that you are still doing business at this location. But it’s mostly the poor unsuspecting hospital visitors that are keeping you in business.

I have worked in 2 different shift 9 to 5 and 12 to 8 both the times whenever i go there to relax myself and get some caffeine they always give cold coffee or else expired coffee and if we tell the staffs and do complain they are like we have only these kind of coffee hoping new tims get open in near Davis or else my office so we can stop visiting this place

I work in the hospital. In 3 different instances, I was given the wrong order. Today one of them. A staff being on break means limited time and eating something is crucial for someone to be able to maintain productivity throughout a long shift. Me waiting today for more than 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and ultimately having to refund it because it was being made for the 3 time, as they gave it someone else the second time, is not fair by any means. I spent all my break waiting in there and ending up hungry and back to my job for another couple of hours. I am writing because this keeps happening to myself and my colleagues. I hope Natalie is able to facilitate a better experience in the future.

They just did a grand reopening after extensive renovations and I had hopes that things would improve. Guess what! The place is more disorganized than ever. I feel like a hostage at this place as I work "close by". Why is it so hard to run a Tim Horton's here. This is without a doubt the most incompetently run Tim Horton's I have ever been to.

The staff are extremely rude. They never acknowledge customers, there coffee and French Vanilla is just hot water with no flavor and I recieved a Turkey Bacon Club with Human hair in it.
When going back to the Tim's to let them know I was told there's no manager o site,.and the people in charge have no idea how to take refunds. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated with this company.
