This Tims is the worst I have been. There are 6 employees in the store, however, no one comes to serve us after we lined up in 5 mins until I asked someone to make notice, the one(a very young guy) looked at us in a very provocative way and says”I am doing food now” and a old woman packed 20 Tim bits for us without asking us the flavours we want and notified us “you are supposed to let me know before I packed. I said” but you have never asked us” she told me “Here is not Toronto.” Finally, she packed the tims bits and we realized the one of them seems like bites by someone else, please see the photo below. And the young guy even doesn’t wanna exchange for me until I am complaining it. This is so weird, I won’t never been the store again for sure!!! 😡 No worries, I will call headquarters to report more details. Let’s look forward.
