I always stop by this Tims location when heading to work from my boyfriend's place. I've got really bad generalized social anxiety disorder and mostly prepare my order on the app for drive thru pickup to get through the situation faster. This review is to appreciate the patience, kindness, and consistency of the staff. For a location that sees a lot of traffic, these people work hard and efficiently!! They'll always tell you if they're waiting on one of your items, which stops you from taking off with an incomplete order (oopsies), and NEVER give you attitude or have a rude tone.Also this is the nearest location from my home that I can get a Canadian Maple Donut.. so, already an A+ for me. ?❤️

Earlier today, around 2:20pm at 17070 Tim Hortons, Leslie, we placed an order in the drive-thru. The lady at the window, who was wearing a HIJAB, was quite rude and very racist. She handed me the wrong order and then had the audacity to give me attitude, stating that there was a line behind me and I needed to drive off quickly. However, she hadn't even given me a straw for my drink yet and even spilled the chicken noodle soup so I had to ask for a napkin. It was unprofessional and unethical. If employees can't handle customers properly, they shouldn't be in this line of work. It's not acceptable to rush customers off when they're trying to ensure they received the correct order, especially when it was the employee's mistake that caused the delay. Is it unreasonable to request my order be corrected to what I paid for?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and attitude I have experienced at the Tim Hortons location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention.Firstly, I have frequently received incorrect orders at your establishment, which is incredibly frustrating. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the attention to detail and quality control within your team. As a loyal customer, I expect accuracy in my orders, and it is disheartening to constantly receive the wrong items.Furthermore, particularly one employee whom I believe to be a regular, is deeply disappointing. Her impolite behavior towards customers is not only unprofessional but also creates a negative atmosphere in what should be a welcoming environment. As someone who considers our neighbourhood Tim Hortons as our to go place, I believe that exemplary customer service and a positive attitude are essential components of the overall experience.I urge you to address these issues promptly and implement measures to improve the quality of service and the behavior of your staff. Every customer deserves to feel valued and respected when patronizing your shop, and it is crucial for the reputation of Tim Hortons in our community.I will discuss this issue with the evidence I have, with the Tim Horton head office too.

Typical experience for TH. I enjoyed my coffee in a pleasant atmosphere with a friend. The lines were long and the wait was longer than I would have liked.

My family went to grab a quick coffee for themselves this afternoon and 2 out of the 3 coffees ordered were part coffee and majority hot water - they didn’t realize till they got home. I was insisting to go complain, but they said it’s not worth it anymore. However, as a person who has worked at Tim Horton’s for a few years this kind of service is unacceptable - you CANNOT serve people hot water when they clearly order coffee just because you want to save your drive-thru time and don’t want to bother making a new a pot. Never going to this location again.

I visited the Tim Hortons branch located at 17275 Leslie Street, Newmarket on December 27,2023 at around 11:00 am. The branch was dirty and unhygienic, mosquitos were flying everywhere including inside of the window display and on the food and the floor was dirty as well. Beside of that, I received a wrong order. When I complained to the employee, she was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful.I was extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this branch to anyone.
