What the hell is this crap ? This should not be allowed. Using the bottom of the pot. That gross nasty grains ruin all drinks.
The fact that the employees dont care about this. And use it anyways. Its rediculose.
Company better fix this issue across all franchises. 😡

Show, inaccurate, inefficient. Just bad. Tim’s customer service was to have the restaurant manager reach out over an issue, and it’s been 3 weeks. And if you pay for “extra” anything, like protein or sauce…you’re not going to get it.
Save you blood pressure…just avoid Tim’s.

Floors were actually a hazard today and I'm not sure if it was the has stations or Tim's responsibility but I wouldn't be surprised if someone fell today. The location was steady inside and with drive thru and the 2 men working were doing the best they could.

It's my favorite gas station tims. The gas station cashier is always friendly and greets us when we walk in, and then the tims ladies in the mornings are very friendly. They get to know you a little so it feels very welcoming. I always pre-order and they always have it ready and waiting. Hands down friendliest tims in a gas station.

The best customer service I've experienced in Newmarket. The young lady who covers her hair working the drive-thru is always polite and pleasant, which makes my every days.

There is a tall asian woman who usually takes order in the drivethru. She needs to have better customer service training or let go. Every time she comes on the intercom, she makes me feel depressed. She's rude, doesn't greet you, sounds like she's depressed, interrupts you when placing your order, just overall bad customer service. Plus, she gets you order wrong half the time.

I have been visiting this place in the evening for quite a while now. I am doing this review just to appreciate the guy with a medium beard, and I don’t know the cloth he wears on his head.
He always has a smile on his face. Most of the time I saw him handling the drive-thru all by himself, doing all the stuff very quickly while I was waiting for my food.

3 stars because life is tough and each Time Hortons gives you a different experience.
Everyone is trying to make it through the day. Some enjoy their work, others don't. Some work out of necessity and still struggle, and it's reflective in their work.
We all need to be a little more patient, kind, and most of all understanding. Food and atmosphere are pretty consistent from location to location.

Most friendly Tim hortons I have visited. Drive through staff is incredibly friendly and made a recommendation about my drink that I ended up trying and it was great

Employee was sitting on the counter on his phone. Proceeded to make my food (with gloves on) but without washing his hands after being on his phone. Gross.
