After waiting 10min in line we asked to order bagels. We were told that no bagels were available. Then we were told that only plain bagels were available but they could not be toasted because the machine was turned off. Then we were told that we could not order a plain bagel with cream cheese on it. Extremely frustrating. Poor service. Will not be returning to this location and do not recommend visiting this location. Thumbs down.

service is very rude and disrespectful here . coffee made wrong then when asked for the right one they stood there looking at me laughing and then looked embarrassed because i understand the language and said yes you made it wrong and being called out they both left the area so the manager needs to hire people who know what customer service is . people make mistakes preparing orders that’s normal . but that behaviour is disgusting. this is why i won’t come here again like several people have told me to avoid this location . now it makes sense
Went there on sat and coffee was horrible ! Tasted like marijuana. Service was terrible, girl at the cash just kept taking orders, at least 6 people lined up trying to figure out who’s order was who’s.. stupid way to do it

We went to the mall today and visited tim Hortons the service was exceptional by the lady her name is Jasleen. She greeted and provided us the best order. Otherwise no one even bother to greet she smiled and provided us with best coffee. Me n my wife frequently visit this tim. But never ever left with smile. Today we left with happiness and perfect order. All thanks to you Jasleen. We really appreciate you.

I just left now. I was disappointed with the customer service at this location. After placing my order, I politely requested half a glass of water, but the staff member informed me there would be a charge for the cup. At other locations, I’ve been given water without any issues, even without placing an order. This experience felt quite unwelcoming compared to my usual visits. I hope management considers a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

One employee working to serve a lineup of customers. This employee was taking and filling orders while three others remained in a back room. Had to wait for my steeped tea as it was not made.

This Tim Hortons is a joke . I have never watched so many incompetent people working in one place . I waited in line watching customers complain about their orders being wrong , one lady said she was waiting 15 minutes for a bagel !! And of instead of the manager taking some control or offering an apology to the customers who were clearly very upset they just stood their with no emotion or anything.Then this dirty looking girl comes out of the back yelling at the customers waiting for their food !!! I could not believe my eyes or ears . And this is why I usually go to Starbucks . They have amazing staff who are polite and know the basics of customer service.

The staff are always rude and never smile. Customers can barely get a word in when telling them what you want because they think after saying one thing, your done. Also the girl this morning never gave me my change, it was only 5 cents but.. She just put it in their tip jar without even asking me. Again it's only 5 cents but the fact she did that without asking is theft from your customers. I won't be going back and I work in the mall.

This Tim Hortons is very slow, like at a snails pace slow.
My son ordered the Bacon Everything Flatbread “pizza”. During the ordering process, I was asked if we wanted dipping sauce. I replied what sauces were available ( Ketchup ? or Ranch ), I said “I guess ranch, if we have to choose one”. I settled up for $10.16 and waited forever for our order.
During the loooooong wait, I was thinking about the price, how did $7.99 become $10.16 with tax!
I asked the lady who brought the food out, well she nothing to say other than, I don’t know and ran back into the kitchen. I asked a gentleman up front and he said well, the dip is a dollar. Well that’s not told to when your ordering, all that is asked is what dip would you like?? Thank god we didn’t pick the ketchup ( and who dips their pizza in ketchup ??)

The Management Staff are very hard working but the mall is always busy and I guess they can't afford to schedule more people so that the line gets served more quickly
