This Tims along with several in the area cannot be bothered to make cappuccino, now I know it's not a mainstay but I happen to enjoy it more than drip coffee, SO if you can't be bothered to make it, take it off the menu!!! And at least put a sign up so people don't waste their time standing in your line up!!!! Come on Tims, do better!!!

Okay My second time Coming here After i had a bad experience already in the past because I had no other choice, the Indian lady gave me the wrong change and i was missing 5 Dollars from it after My total was 5 Dollars and i handed a 20, they only gave me roughly 9 only. Thankfully got my money back after a young lady reassured the other co worker that I was missing My money. Train them Right Tim hortons..This is fraud

Absolutely unacceptable! The cashier was extremely rude, and on top of that, with her thick accent, she had the audacity to make fun of my 60-year-old mother. Disgraceful behavior. Management needs to wake up and realize that cashiers represent the front end of this business—if this is how customers are treated, I won’t be coming back and will make sure others know as well.

I came to the mall yesterday to do a little shopping, however I realized I needed a little energy boost before I got to business. I placed a last-second mobile order for an iced latte, and it almost felt like half a minute later when it was prepared and ready to go! The supervisor I think was super helpful and friendly, offering me a straw and napkin before I even asked. The young gentlemen that was able to help me was open, very approachable and gave excellent service, all with a smile on his face! 10/10 will be ordering again.
