This is why I don’t go to Tim Hortons anymore. Unfortunately I found myself with no option before 10 am at the food court.
1st-cashier won’t speak to me
2nd-I said very light butter I then repeated myself, because she didn’t acknowledge, and she said yes
3rd I got a bagel drowning in butter!!
First time back since before Covid. Glad I didn’t waste my time.

Usually don't have a bad experience until today. I asked for EXTRA cane sugar and was expecting it to taste amazing. I then find out after trying it and looking at the receipt that I got no cane sugar at all. Also got a very rude disrespectful old lady worker.

The staff here are very friendly, polite, and hardworking. They are always welcoming and work quickly, and I really appreciate that they never rush customers even when someone is paying with coins or taking a little longer. Their attitude and professionalism are great.

However, it often feels like there simply aren’t enough staff members. The place is almost always busy because of the large number of customers. Logically, both cash registers should be taking orders to keep the line moving, but most of the time only one person is doing it.

This seems more like a management issue than a staff issue. The employees are doing their best, but every day there are long lines. Today, for example, I waited about 15–20 minutes just to get a coffee and a bagel.

The staff themselves are excellent, but better staffing and management would really improve the experience for everyone.

I completely messed up and ordered to the wrong location. They were so kind here in helping to resolve the issue. Extremely kind staff here and the supervisor was fantastic. I work in the mall and have rarely dropped by the Timmy's but that now feels likely to change.

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Tim Hortons. The customer service was poor and the staff seemed uninterested. The bagels were cold, weren’t even cut, and the cream cheese was cold and hard. Overall, not a good experience.

Disappointed again. I always get a hot chocolate from them and it was never better. I mention it with milk still they use hot water. I paid for milk not for water. Wrost experience. Staff needs to be trained more.
