Amazing staff! Amazing hardworking mangers that work hard to make sure that people not only get there orders in a timely manner but with the upmost quality aswell definitely recommend this tim hortons!

I stopped at this Tim Hortons and was so disappointed with the customer service. It took them forever to take my simple coffee order. One associate was struggling to speak english and had to get her co-worker to take my order. I also witnessed another associate struggling to communicate with another customer and they had to grab their only white co-worker to deal with her. The coffee tasted disgusting probably because it was burnt.

This place use tk be clean now it's very dirty with thick dirt spots kn floor and garbage all over bathroom floor. Also, o counted 12 internationals working behind the counter and more in the back no Canadians. You want to take our money but not hire us. No longer will I come here again. Foot down , stick together.!

This place is hands down one of the best Tims in town! The food and drinks are always so fresh and delicious. I've noticed that the staff and management have really stepped up their game over the years. Big kudos to all the staff :)

Staff is always pleasant and well trained. Very polite, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Always in and out very quickly no matter how busy, highly recommend stopping by.
This place is actually very good as far as staff and service. The two female managers are exceptional and always polite. The homeless problems hinder the atmosphere alot but at no fault to the staff.
