This place is very nasty dirty washrooms . The staff is so rude . My order was given and they got it wrong three times . I believe that if you work in a fast food place or coffee shop that you have to take English classes to learn how to speak with people. They only good thing there is that the lady that was white helped me after getting my order right . She’s awesome .

I really like the energy of the staff here. Every morning they greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude, which makes the place feel very welcoming.

You can also see that they all work very hard and do their best.

The environment is clean and quiet as well, making it a nice place to start the day.

Worst experience I’ve had here me and my family come here all the time and we came to dine in and the first person to take out order gave us the biggest attitude while taking out order then we wanted to order some timbits and asked her to give me birth cake ones then my son changed his mine and wanted half of something else and when I asked to spilt it she rolled her eyes at me and said what do you want ? With more attitude and then after while we’re eating they were all arguing which shouldn’t be done infront of the costumers worst experience here ever !

My coffee has always come out the best at this location as well as my food. Palak deserves a special shoutout at this location too.
She makes sure any time I order my wraps that there’s no cheese on them even if I forget to order with no cheese she remembers to put it in the system. She has my coffee made before I’m even ordering knowing exactly how I take it, she makes me feel so welcome any time I go into this Tim Hortons immediately shooting over a smile to me and a “hi Alex hope everything is good today.” She’s definitely one of the hardest working managers in this store and you can see it by how many customers names she remembers and how smoothly everything runs when she’s in that day.

Really disappointing experience this morning. Placed a mobile order. They gave us 3/4 items and closed the window on us. Had to wait for them to notice us still there to ask for the Iced Capp they forgot. They get it for us and close the window again without giving us a straw. Had to wait again. After we get our food and drive away, the two farmers wraps we got have almost no sauce, and the Iced Capp has very little flavour. I'd like a refund for this order as almost everything was bad.
