I went around 9pm on Tuesday 16 September asking for espresso they refused to do it by saying the machine is not working and I know for 100% it’s not the reason they just don’t wanna do it to not clean the machine again,,, So disappointed

They don't care about the customers at all. I have anxiety, I always get decaf cause if I don't I'm at risk of getting panic attacks, however, in summers I wouldn't want to drink anything hot. The tim hortons near my school always offers iced decaf drinks and they take orders perfectly despite being twice as busy. This one? Forget your orders two times out of three, don't offer decaf iced drinks, and their service isn't that good. They don't have any of the stuff they say they have in the menu either. I was excited to try the matcha options when they said they had it in the menus but when we came to order one here they didn't have it. Pay these poor workers more so they can care more.
