Usually this location is VERY friendly the woman over the speaker and the man who is usually at the window are great!. The service is efficient with GREAT tea! (in the morning) I pass other locations just to get my tea here. But when i go at lunch the tea is terrible. throwing a tea bag in a cup of hot water is NOT brewing tea...you wouldn't brew your coffee that way. Very disappointing when you were looking forward to a nice break with a good cup of tea. and for those coffee drinkers reading this, its basically flavourless hot water. Please re-watch the training video, its not just for training.

There's no dining area but the front door should remain open for people driving large vehicles, vehicles with trailers or people walking on foot?
The McDonald's down the road is open and you can walk into it.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to first thing in the morning! Let’s start with yesterday morning. It took over 15 minutes to get a coffee with two cars in front of me. Well let’s start now. Let’s talk about today’s episode. The server is absolutely rude. She got my order ready. I watched her. She just put it in front of the window, walked away and went and did other things instead of passing me my order. I was calling out to her, passing my order. She totally ignored me. When she finally decided to give me my order four minutes later, my coffee was now cold and I told her my coffee was cold and she goes well. Do you wanna wait while I make you a brand new one last time I check I don’t have an extra half hour in the morning to wait for a cuppa coffee. I asked her name andand she wouldn’t give it to me. She just laughed at me. I think you guys need to take a look at your cameras of what exactly she’s doing in the mornings we’re talking. This is at 3:30 in the morning. I really don’t think she wants this job or cares about this job or the customers. There’s no way I should walk away with cold coffee at 3:30 in the morning. I don’t have time for her to take her time to brew another pot.

Ordered off UberEats. I believe Christine took care of my order and they didn’t have sesame bagels so they substituted with plain bagel and she left me a sweet note with a number to call if I have issues. Thank you, Christine!! (And thank you for substituting with plain and not an everything bagel! I’ve had people substitute with random options that didn’t make sense and this was on point!) Great communication and customer service.
this tim hortons provides worst service. just 2 mints ago i had order scrambled egg box and they gave me sausage scrambled egg box . when i ask to replace it because i was vegetarian and they told me that they don’t have scrambled egg box . just because they were runout off scrambled egg at that time and they just lied that they dont have it . is this the way they run tim hortons. i do work at tim hortons and never gave this much bad service to the customers. the customer pay for the stuff , so they should provide the thing that the customer wants. they can ask me that i can wait for it or no but instead of asking this they were more comfortable to lied me . because they prepared me sausage scrambled box and how come after that they said that they don’t cary scrambled egg box . this was totally ridiculous.

There are only 3 good Timmie’s in this town and this is by far one of my favs! Yes sometimes there is a line and the wait is a bit longer but if I get my coffee and enjoy it idc! Thank you to the morning staff for always getting me a great coffee!
