I visit this Tim Hortons location 2-3 times a week. I have to say that I’m very impressed with the customer service I receive, especially from Angela! I am greeted with her friendly smile and she always makes sure I leave with everything I ordered. What a great way to start my day!

Extremely disappointing experience during the night shift. The skinny skeleton girl at the drive-thru was very rude and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a simple coffee, but the service was unnecessarily slow, and when I reached the window, she didn’t even bother to bring the payment machine close — I had to stretch out awkwardly just to pay.
The attitude felt disrespectful and uncomfortable, and honestly came across as discriminatory. Because of how uneasy the interaction made me feel, I didn’t even trust the drink and had to throw it away (she might spit in it as she took so long)
Customer service should never make someone feel this way. Definitely not coming back at this location.

The entrance the street so many potholes that Tim Horton not clean at all went to the window it’s was gross and inside was gross not clean at all , not clean at all inside and outside of Tim Hortons. Not going there 👎

I went there in morning and orderd biscoff crossant, this is what they gave me!!! I asked the lady if she could give me the other one, but she denied. It is clearly seen that its not acc to the standard nd completely different from the image shown on their official site!!! Even the biscoff filling was very less, very disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great coffee, but the service was unacceptable. My order was messed up, I had to drive back to correct their mistake, and not a single apology was offered. This happened at 7 a.m., wasted my time, and made me late for work. Completely avoidable and very frustrating.

We have been visiting this location from 2018 at nights . we work nearby and take a coffee break around 11-12:00 pm
It has been a good experience overall but from past one month our order has been messed up a lot by some new employee in the nights
She is very impatient and never wants to listen the whole oder
The coffee is never fresh as compared to before.
The sugar is never stirred .
Overall experience is very disappointing from few weeks
Please teach them the difference bw coffee and tea

We came at 10 PM to order drinks and food, and the order taker was very impatient and rude. While we were trying to place our order, she kept telling us to hurry up.
I understand that certain items may be out of stock, but when the original items weren’t available and we needed to choose alternatives, she shouldn’t have been rude or yelling at us to hurry as we were trying to decide. She need to have patience with guest and not be rude

I feel bad leaving a bad review as there are some decent people that work here, BUT there is one lady that is always stationed on the drive through pick up window around lunch time during the week, and she has ZERO customer service. Literally doesn't speak at all, just hands machine over to take the money and then passes you the coffee. This has been happening for a looong time at this location and I really think they need to teach this person to at least say hello.

It’s 1:10 AM on a cold night, and I bought Steep Tea — but it doesn’t taste like Steep Tea at all. It was even more expensive than other places. Total waste, had to throw it out
