I’ve placed a mobile order 30 minutes before arriving and selected drive through pickup but it was never ready. They are asking me to come inside and wait for another 5-10 minutes which is ridiculous.

Went there for coffee and some stuff .The Manager was a guy and he dropped my croissant and he put that SAME croissant back in my bag and gave it to me in front of me . They needs training.

I placed a mobile order and was patiently waiting for the order around the mobile order pick up area. I was minding my own business and not harassing staff about my order because I trusted they were working on it.
I was offered assistance by someone who was dressed like a manager and when I politely told her I was okay as I was waiting in a mobile order, she responded rudely that they were working on it and it would be a moment. Thank you, that’s why I was patiently waiting in it, I’m not sure why she was so bothered that she offered me assistance.
When I brought this issue up to the general manager he really didn’t seem to understand the situation or why it was so wrong, which is concerning.

Our usual go to location... we're using drive-thru service as we constantly on the go... very occasional mistakes but nothing serious. ...
Next update - still great location. Latest visit was about 3.5 hours ago. Asked for a 50-pack of timbits, but when brought it home, I was pleasantly surprised - the box was filled to the chin. I guess it's the end of the day, was about 7:30ish pm, so these guys decided to be generous. Thank you, boys! You're awesome. 👍🏻🙌
I asked for an Everything bagel with butter and they put no butter on it and the bagel was stale.

My goto Timmy location for morning coffee, and sometimes, breakfast. Service is fast, friendly. Well organized. Staff are wonderful even though the owner / manager seemed to be on the rough-edge. food are relatively fresh, coffee always fresh. Great jobs here.

If I can give this location a zero, I would. I visited this location today and received the most rude customer service. The lady taking the order became argumentative when she wanted to charge me for putting vanilla syrup instead of cane syrup in my tea latte. I explained that no other location I have frequented has ever charged me. I have never been treated like this at any establishment and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was completely dismissed and after waiting several minutes was told that they would not be available for another half hour, completely not doing their job. I left stating that I would never return to this location and further indicated that I was going to write a very unfavourable Google review and the lady's response was dismissive. To Tim Horton's, this location is definitely an embarrassment to your brand and I would suggest that the employees or at the very least the lady who served me receive training on the basics of good customer service as she was definitely lacking in that area.
This location is an embarrassment to the brand and delivers the worst, most rude customer experience. I cannot believe this location still exists and the corporate office needs to get a broom and sweep it clean on all levels.

I was at the Tim Hortons today and I ordered Tea and muffin. I asked the lady who took my order to stir my tea as that is part of their job to give the customers The service that is required. When I picked up my order, I did ask them again. Have you stirred the tea and she mentioned yes I did. When I picked up the tea, it was not stirred, and the tea tasted awful as it has been sitting there for long time. I called the Tim Hortons just now, and there was a lady who picked up the phone. She was very rude.. Without even asking, how can she help me? Without even asking, how can she help me? She hung up the phone on me. I understand it is a busy hour, but that doesn’t mean that you give a rude customer service and not helpful at all. I would not recommend anyone to go there as the customer service staff that is in the front or on the phone are not pleasing at all. I tried calling again to see if I can get hold of a manager or a supervisor, but there was no answer. I hope someone can read this and reply back.
