I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude, especially the girl taking orders at the front. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope management looks into this and improves staff behavior.

SHAME!!!! I ordered the “Supreme Stack” at Tim Hortons in Newmarket, expecting something at least remotely similar to what’s being advertised.
What I got? Absolutely nothing even close. The only thing that matches the ad is the colour of the bun.
Where is the “stack”? Where are the layers? Where are the three cheeses you promise? I can’t even find one. There’s barely a trace of bacon, and what looks like a dry, sad piece of roast beef thrown in without any care.
This is what you’re charging $10 for?
I totally understand that real food won’t look exactly like the promotional photos — that’s normal. But this isn’t even 50% of what’s shown. Not even close. This feels misleading at best.
Either Tim Hortons has completely lost touch with reality, or this specific Bayview location in Newmarket is seriously failing its customers.
This isn’t just disappointing — it’s embarrassing.

I waited over ten minutes for a breakfast sandwich along with 2 other people while they focused on the drive through and Uber instead. I ordered an infusr drink which comes in a can and it's covered in the nastiest thing and 8 have no idea what it is. When someone asked how long the food was gonna be the kid behind the counter laughed at him. Never ever coming back.

I was here yesterday and noticed that all the donuts were so small, like kid-sized. They are the smallest donuts I've seen at any Tim Horton's. Of course, I didn't get one! Not worth it. Coffee was good though.
