Ordered a coffee. First they said no coffee. When I asked for clarification they said they had coffee but they didn't want to make it. After pushing they relented and made me my coffee but they gave me a regular instead of the large I ordered. When I went inside the store to fix it they gave me a large coffee but it was black not the double double I ordered. If you want to go through so much trouble to make sure you customers don't order coffee just take it off the menu then.

Usually don’t have any issues here at all, but I also know I’m smart enough to know that I paid for a large, not the equivalent to a medium sized fry.
Stop somewhere else if you appreciate even half decent service!
Staff is constantly moody there and rude when I pay with cash.
Speed for meal is about average.
Love Wendy’s but I don’t want to go anymore because of this restaurant and it’s the only close one to work.

We got the Dave’s single since there’s a deal right now for them and it was great! So fresh and hot. We went through drive through and it wasn’t too long of a wait but the older woman on orders was definitely over it. You could hear in her voice she wasn’t having it and when we got to the window, we barely got a hello.

Worst breakfast ever, everything cold English muffin hard as rock. Suppose to be big breakfast, small them a kids meal, no butter on English muffin. Don't eat here
This is usually my go to plaza in the morning to get a breakfast, I noticed the breakfast 2 for $4, went to try, but the lady providing ng service was extremely rude because I couldnt understand what she said and ultimately I didnt get what I wanted. I felt like something is just thrown into my Face because she wasnt patient enough with customers. The food was decent, but the behavior wasnt satisfying.

Absolute trash establishment. Shocked a large chain looks and services like this. Never waited 20 minutes for “fast” food before. Place was a mess , bathrooms disgusting. I’d expect this maybe if you were slam packed but literally 4-6 customers processing through. Drink and napkin station 90% empty and dirty, ketchup station both empty. Teens to involved in talking to each other instead of working. Manager (who looked straight out of grade school) had zero care of what was happening around her. Last time spending money here.

Have been a customer for a few years - drive thru only. Today I placed a mobile order and to pick up at drive thru. Was told that I have to to get it from inside the store. It is a one way lane. The staff is extremely rude and said “that’s the rule!” Came into the store. It was chaotic. Huge line up, everyone is waiting and looks like they messed up people’s order. Instead of giving them the code for pick up, they wanted to know “what did you order”.
Will not come back especially during rush hour they are extremely understaff and the staff are not trained.
Also, please don’t tell me to contact you and email you. I already wasted a min writing this review. After reading the reviews, I see that I’m not the only one w the same issues.

This afternoon I placed a mobile order and was on my way to pickup my order through driveway window. The customer service did not find my order on his screen, but later check my mobile phone that my order was actually placed with carryout. He told me I CAN'T pick up through drive through, but need to drive my car back to store into parking lot and go back to the store to pick up my order. However, I was not told there is no way to go back to store parking for this location, as it's one way lane. Following the customer direction, I almost had a car accident. After making back to the store, I just found my order was ready to pick up at the front desk and it's five step away from the drive through clerk. I don't understand that what makes it so hard that the driveway clerk can't pickup my order for me at driveway while provided an ill advise.
