The manager’s behavior toward staff was deeply concerning. She spoke to employees in a dismissive and disrespectful manner that crossed into outright verbal abuse. One male employee was polite and helpful, but she interrupted him abruptly, asked a question, and didn’t even allow him to respond. She was equally horrible toward another female employee. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I genuinely felt sorry for the staff.

I generally don't eat at Wendy's, this was a little better than i expected. Atmosphere in most fast food restaurants is the same as a gas station nowadays...if you don't like how they never clean...your probably going to hate the washroom.

Called to complain, their number doesnt work... made an order through door dash, and my drinks were completely gone as they were not placed in the bag properly, this isnt the first time this is the 3rd time its happened. This time the dasher actually told the resturant employee to check the bag because it was leaking before he left

Came through driveway like I normally do with my husband and although the food was great the customer service was not. Window being shut in your face, the rolling of the eyes, the girl is wearing fake nails which I know can be allowed at some establishments but I thought you had to wear gloves. We told them we did not want a tray and they just shoved it in my husband face and shut the window. He gave it back to one lady I think was suppose to be in the back kitchen because she was wearing an apron and she looked ultimately confused. They also made note to give a copy of the receipt. I was definitely disappointed this time. I have been given better service before.

Need better lids for the large coffee. I go everyday for breakfast for $13.00. Today l waited 15 min for food and was late for an appt. Can't go there anymore . No excuse for taking that long when l wait a min or 2 normal

I had such a great experience at this restaurant. The place is spotless and very well-kept, which makes you feel comfortable right away. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and attentive—they truly care about their customers. The service was excellent, and it’s definitely the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

Somehow Wendy’s always gets my order right despite my special request to have the fries well done. I highly recommend the double stack burger - their best. Imagine if all fast food restaurants had this level of delivery, there would be no wars…
