The cashier was extremely rude. I got frozen yogurt and when I told the employee (45-55 Asian male) that the cheesecake bites were missing from the yogurt, he spoke to me with a lot of attitude and made a face at me as I walked away.

So, I was just at this location and ordered my daughter a strawberry frozen yogurt and myself a key lime frozen yogurt. Delicious.
The issue was I witnessed a young male worker with shaggy black hair blow his nose and the proceed to scoop yogurt into bowls WITHOUT DISINFECTING HIS HANDS. He then proceeded to touch his hair and then touch restock of bowls. No hand sanitizer or washing of hands.
Are employees of Yogen Früz required to complete their Food Handlers Certificate? Cause this employee definitely needs to reeducate himself on infection control practices.
Disgusting. I would recommend not going to this location due to the unsanitary practices of their employees. I cannot stress how disturbing and disgusting this young man's lack of hand sanitizing has affected my perception of this location.

The last time I went to this store, I wasn't even sure if it was open because there was nobody standing there to take customers and upon waiting several minutes, someone finally came out with no explanation. I then purchased a frozen yogurt and I watched the employee check the reciept before making my food, and when the employee noticed that I did not leave a tip, they did not put any of the toppings on my yogurt. Very dissapointing services. Will not be returning.
