Ordered on Uber eats. Overcooked fish and tiny portion of chips. Would NOT order from here

Constantly getting orders wrong. I consistently order soup, it is never consistently provided with the proper bread with the soup or even the right soup! I have specifically requested through my orders to refund if they don’t have a type of soup and they still provide a different type (which I can’t eat because of intolerances) and refuse to refund my original request.

We ordered buttered chicken, spaghetti shrimp pasta and shrimp tacos. As we were eating my daughter saw the hair on her buttered chicken that she puke the food that was in her mouth already. Who knows who's hair is that or where does it come from. We just wasted our money as my daughter won't eat this anymore we ended up ordering to another restaurant.

The lady was working there was VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. We walk in and she says she’s not serving anyone. We said okay and we went to order another uber to leave standing inside of the restaurant because it’s 15 degrees outside. She kicks us out for standing there. Then we stand outside of the place ordering another uber and she peaks her head asking if we have a problem. Like lady you just kicked us out for nothing. Lady needs fired. VERY disrespectful and tried to start problems for no reason.HIGHLY recommend not coming here for anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is bad, I don’t know how they dare present that junk they serve, and half the time you’re missing part of your dish. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was not good and the fries were… missing, lol yep no fries in a fish and chip

I walk into the place with my sister and mom it's very dark and smells unusual. The floor is sticky, and the place is very warn down. We got completely catfished the place was not as we expected as it showed on the website. We sat down at the table, and we were given paper menus as if it were printed off a Google document, and there were only 2. We had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu because the place was so dark. There was a bunch of bugs flying around, and the kitchen looked like a disaster. As soon as the cooks finished preparing our food instead of cleaning up, they went on their phones. The server was really nice. The food wasn't the best except the fries were okay. My sister ordered pasta, and the noodles were slightly uncooked. The quesadilla was not that good. The food was prepared quickly, and then They provided the fork, not a knife.
The food reviews looked really good but I arrived after hours. That was an interesting experience..

Hey Pam. Thanks for the great evening. I'm the guy from Hamilton that was in on Thursday night. Everyone at your bar was so friendly and welcoming. I had a great night. It's exactly what I needed for my short vacation. Jonny, Jacob, GB, Wanda, are just to name a few I met.The waitress worked two jobs. She was spectacular.Whenever I'm in the falls again, I'll be sure to stop by on a Thursday. Karaoke rocked!

If I could give a .5 I would. Got catfished by a "restaurant"My boyfriend and I were having a mini vacation in Niagara Falls. 03/26/23. The second night we were there I was looking up restaurants/sports grill near our bnb and this disaster came into place, the reviews looked great, menu looked great, photos on the reviews etc look great. WRONG. They opened at 6 so we decided to get there around 7ish. We walked over to the "sports bar/grill" if you want to call it that. Iit was such a depressing disaster, my boyfriend said "did you guys just open? the bartender girl said ya I guess. ? Mind you we were the only people in there. First red flag.There was a giant pool table maybe 10 feet away from the door basically in the way, no tables at all, the only table was the "bar" table, 2 guys were mopping and cleaning( thought ya'll opened at 6), place smelt like bathroom. Sadly we sat at the bar and we ask "what's on tap" the bartender said "dunno its my first day so I dunno what we have". I thought ya'll was a bartender, isn't that your job to know what you have? how about you walk 2 feet to the mini fridge behind you and open it? Anyways we asked if they have Bud Light. During this my bf and i were texting like uhhhhh ok. She struggled opening the bottles..? she gave us the bottles and we drank that so quick then we can leave. While we were sadly having our drinks the guy that were mopping were moving folding tables to set up?Tipped that girl 50 cents - the change of our 2 bottles and dipped.*Oh even the best part is that they didn't even have food...so the photos and menu is a scam./fake/catfish what have you.*We laughed cause it was so damn embarrassing. We went to Red Lobster right after.Might be a good place to go to if you live in that neighbourhood or were their friends but other then that no, never again
