Cocktails of course, bottle of AMO Cab Franc, octopus and tomato salad to start. Followed that up with the salmon and the AG burger for mains. Everything was spectacular, perfectly portioned and delicious. Oh, and the bread, can't forget the bread, you might think the chef has “Adam Last Name Unknown” back there chained to the oven, it's that good. We always look forward to dining here, always great. Also, this night they had a fella on the guitar with some buttery vocals, added to the great evening.

We've eaten at AG inspired cuisine many times. Actually, it's the only restaurant in Niagara Falls we go to. For good reason. It's the best in town. The food, presentation, service and value is second to none. Never a bad meal. Go, you won't be disappointed. Scott Boylan

We had never been to AG Inspired Cuisine before and we were so glad we came. We had the freshest peach and tomato salad appetizer to share and we each had the beef tenderloin. The food was out of this world and served up beautifully. Our server Lisa, was spectacular, providing great suggestions and fantastic friendly service. She even gave us a card wishing us happy anniversary. Super nice. Parking is free so all in all, we enjoyed this farm to table restaurant very much! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Restaurant location is a little challenging to find. But once you do, the food experience is wonderful! Our server was excellent and the food quality was superb. One of the great details is the presentation. Kudos to the Chef! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Ordered a burger and received it not as requested. Had to wait another 20 minutes to be redone Burger was bland. Musicians was too loud and truth be told had unfortunately not a good voice.

We chose AG Inspired Cuisine to celebrate our anniversary. The staff knew ahead of time and set us up with a wonderful table. They made us feel important and gave us a lovely card at the end of the meal. Food was phenomenal. Fresh tasting and the flavour profiles were top notch. An wonderful experience for the pallet.
