Honestly, I don't understand why this place only has three stars. The place is really nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Went there for the breakfast buffet at around 12:30 pm. in the afternoon, and food was on point. My only complaint was that the friend chicken was fried hard, and it needed a little more seasoning. Also, they just need more hot lamps to have the food heated. Outside of these observations, the food was great, and for $12.99, it's a steal. Especially for breakfast buffet which is close to impossible to find in Canada - I'd take this place any day.

My server wasted no time in telling us that TIP wasn’t in the bill. I get that tipping is a curtisiosy but to be so bold to ask for a tip at a ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET FOR BREAKFAST is beyond me. Would not go back.

I’m super disappointed, I left hungry because the food was not appetizing. There’s only 8 options for food and all the food came from frozen or canned. All the water is bottled. Left paying $60 for a meal I couldn’t even finish.
Waste of time and money. But the staff was nice

You must try the half and half lemonade and ice tea it's amazing. I have come back to this place a few times, and I do like their breakfast more, but dinner is best if u have small children and need options.. our server today was Lan and she is amazing and great with children..the atmosphere is family friendly and very clean.. and the price is amazing for what u get compared too any other place in the area. There is a lot of parking that is free.

I've eaten there twice. First time for supper. It was pretty good. The second time for lunch.With breakfast food. The bacon was way too salty. The food was okay. Then I tried a piece of the omelette that was amazing. So I thought I would go there again because the price is good but I would just eat only the omelette and the fruit. But for breakfast or early lunch, it's definitely worth it for the price and we gave a ten dollar tip

Kinda wild they won’t give you free tap water. 3.50 for a water bottle is criminal. Seems kinda illegal considering this place serves alcohol. What is the logic?

I wish I would have read reviews before we stopped ! Terrible ! Terrible ! Sure it appears cheap but they actually charge for bottled water . Food was cold , pancakes inedible and just an overall bad experience . Don't waste your time !

When we were reading the sign outside someone passing by said “think twice - read the reviews first”. So I did. From what I saw, the low reviews were very from picky people (maybe I missed some that were constructive) so I decided to go in anyway.
Delicious food! Our server, Yan was amazing! Friendly, happy, attentive.
The food was hot and delicious.
I was shocked by the variety of choices.
Everything was clean - tables, floors, washrooms, dishes.
I recommend eating here. I’d definitely come back!

The dinner was not appealing and it looked scary.. All of the meats look like it was boiled and the food tastes like a lab experiment. There were no spices no flavor etc.

Came here for dinner for the first time because they’re known for pretty good breakfast. Very disappointed. please save your money and go elsewhere, pay extra for better food. It’s overpriced for what I would say equivalent to dog food. It was lacking flavour, dry, not much options, overcooked for some stuff. They even charge for water apparently, which is crazy considering the quality of food they have there
