Terrible service, they sat us at a table and no one attended us for more than 15 minutes we left, they saw that I was with minors and they did not give us a children's menu

With how crappy our service was, if the food didn't taste good I would have just got up and left. We sat for 15mins before we got asked what we wanted to drink then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. Service was absolutely horrible, we waited almost an hour for our food, highly unacceptable. We watched people come in after us, sit at the bar, got their drinks and full meal before we even got out apps. For the prices they are charging people they should put more effort into the service they are giving their customers.

Horrible service! We showed up with 16 people. They sat us all separate from each other. Waitress took over half an hour to take our drink orders. Then almost over an hour for food. They didn't come and check on us at all through the meal. Which was absolutely crap. I had the Buffalo burger and fries and I was down right disappointed. For the price you get bigger food portions as mcdonalds. We had to hunt down our bill just so we could pay and leave. My daughter spilt her drink and nobody came with a mop. We cleaned it up ourselves with napkins we had to ask for. Too top it all off none or us got cutlery. Stay far away from this place. Over priced and disappointing.
Parking: You got to pay for parking
Visited Applebee's in Niagara Falls, and it was a major disappointment. I ordered the $20 house wine, and there was sediment at the bottom of the glass—totally unacceptable, especially considering we're in wine country! When I told the server, she mentioned 'the wine on tap.' Who serves wine on tap? The server was well-meaning but struggled with basic English, which made it even harder to address the issue. Definitely not worth the price or the experience. Won’t be returning.

The waitress was very friendly, the food was of very poor quality, they brought us the starter with the plate dripping in water, the drinks arrived half an hour later, the main dishes were deplorable, tasteless and burnt, the worst experience, I do not recommend it.
If this restaurant wasn't in a very popular spot, with revolving tourists. It would had closed years ago. By far the worst experience I have had in any restaurant period.

Very expensive and nothing special. The prices are obviously inflated and they also charge you the nftf. We paid 100 dollars for two plates of chicken with mashed potatoes and two sodas….???? They didn't even offer us the super gastronomic experience. And it's definitely nothing like Applebees in the United States or the same menu. I understand that because of the location it's a little more expensive but not at that level. (opportunists) I don't recommend it at all, if I could give it zero stars I would.

Strategic location. Nice view of the Clifton Hill. Restaurant not that busy during our dining. I like the chicken bourbon and shrimp, but the rest of our orders were average.

Awful Experience - Avoid at All Costs
We visited Applebee’s in Niagara Falls, Ontario, hoping for a nostalgic dining experience. Unfortunately, it was far from that.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered steak, and it was completely underwhelming—overcooked, extremely chewy, and the quality of the beef was just bad. The mashed potatoes were clearly frozen and reheated, not fresh, and the vegetables were soggy and tasteless.
The only decent part of the meal was the cocktails, which came directly from the bar. Everything else was terrible. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the server, we declined her offer to change the food because we didn’t want any more low quality food, and it was all just frozen, soggy, and not good.
I saw the server speak to the manager at the cashier, but he simply shook his head as if to say, “Never mind.” He didn’t even bother coming to our table to address our concerns. It felt like they were used to these complaints and just didn’t care. Despite the steak being nearly untouched and the mashed potatoes left as they were, they still brought us the bill without any acknowledgment of the issues.
I rarely leave negative reviews, and I usually choose restaurants with good ratings. Despite reading mixed reviews for this Applebee’s, I decided to give it a shot because of past experiences in other countries. I regret that decision deeply. This level of bad service and food quality is astounding, and I’m not sure how they are still in business.
Save your money, and do not eat here. There are much better options in Niagara Falls.

The server was ok, food was good for an average casual family diner in the middle of a tourist district, but pricing is almost on par with a fancier restaurant.

The two of us went there last Thursday night at about 8pm. Place was maybe 20% occupied.
We asked for a seat by the window and were told that it's for 6 people. I said that if they start getting busy and need the table that I would move. My request and offer were declined.
We sat down at a regular table and then quickly decided to leave.
I can understand the refusal if the restaurant was busy, but since it was so empty to be refused did not make sense to me.
I've been to Applebee's in the US many times and never had any complaints.

Great quiet spot to grab some food.
Also if you get a seat by the windows, it's a great place to take a photo of the Ferris wheel
