Their service is so bad!! Waiting for so long and nobody shows up for help. It’s clearly not busy at that moment but all staff is all chatting with each other laughing so loud and no one wants to do their job. Everything in this restaurant has to be waiting for so long. The food is fine but not worth the price. Not recommended for this restaurant. Do not come in it will ruin your trip.

Came here with my parents for a family dinner at Niagara and we are from out of town. Absolutely loved the food here! Despite them closing within about an hour, we arrived around 9:45PM as they were closing at 11:00PM and the food quality was outstandingly fresh, well-presented, and generously portioned. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a rather unprofessional and rude staff member at front as she took us inside to a booth with the light above not even working and as we asked her if we could sit at the seats by the windows across of the bar she said those were reserved for larger crowds only of which nobody was there in sight or in line. Then we asked if we could sit in the other far corner by the window and she abruptly said no and walked away. So that made our starting experience slightly unpleasant and unwelcoming, however another staff member became the reason for which I chose to write this review which is JP I believe his name was. The gentleman was our server and was extremely kind, respectful, well-mannered, and took our order correctly and made sure we were well-attended to throughout the entire course of our dinner. I do believe that is always one person who can make a change in someone's day, life, or experience and that in my opinion was the server JP. We ordered for three drinks, a Red Sangria, Classic Caesar, and a Root Beer with the Bourbon Chicken and AAA Grilled Canadian Steak dishes and all were absolutely delicious, fresh, and made to taste. Big thanks to JP again for turning our experience around and making our family dinner an unforgettable one as we came from far out-of-town from Aurora and the trip was well worth it. Delicious food and wonderful service. Sadly only had to make the service rating 4-stars due to the front-desk staff member's poor attitude, otherwise will recommend to my family and friends.Parking: Parking is often only achievable if you're lucky on the Clifton Hill roadside, if not your best bet is to try one of the public parking lots marked with the giant P-lettered signs across the nearby motels and inns such as Travelodge and other General Paid Parking Lots. This will likely cost you between $5 to $20 at max however your closest Parking lots would be in the nearby lodges which can easily fill during summer and busier holiday seasons.

Mandatory 17% tip, then they give you the debit machine with 3 tip options, 18, 20 and 25% tip. Don't tip! It's already included and they don't tell you. 117$ for 2 entrées and an appetizer plus apple juice once you accidentally tip twice. Scam place.

Horrendous costumer service experience, my review is based on that only as we weren't able to dinne here.We arrived around 5pm let's make it clear they were not busy! . We were greeted by the host and she sat us down i will say right away.We waited for 25 min and no waitress acknowledgement. My children were very hungry , we decided to try else where. I decide to inform the host we were leaving since no one have come to service us as a courtesy that way they know this table is now gone. When SPENCER decided to give me attitude and make inappropriate remarks infront of my children " table of four? (Laugh) Half the tables here are four babe but okay BYE".I decided to insure he knew that was inappropriate and let him know we as guests don't know the numbers of the table nor do they provide numbers for guest to know their table # , that's the host job to know where she sat us. He then walked away and we asked to speak to the manager, lucky for us she was right there but she was too busy talking to another employee he was nice enough to wait and asked HER to come see us as he witnessed everything that happened (host did apologize for Spencer's behavior) however SPENCER return and got in my husband face saying "are you staying or leave we don't care eitherway" infront of his manager as she is stading there watching the whole interaction... she then apologize and followed by saying " sorry about that he also gave me attitude earlier "... I really hope management take this true reviews serious and put their employees in check.

The food was good! The soda didn't taste right, though. It was more sparkling water than pespi.

I was with a group of 8 people trying to access this restaurant. I was told this could only be done by an elevator. Their was no access by stairs, not from what 2 individuals told us. For one thing this poses a fire hazard. Secondly it does not help those with mental illness. I cannot see the City of Niagara Falls allow to exist. Regardless we took our business elsewhere.

We are a family of four, on Feb 16 2024, Our waiter was very impolite at the end, After we gave him a tip, all we can afford after the bill was so high.. He didn't like what we tipped,, we didn't have to tip but at least we did, He was very rude about it, he was talking to his co workers about it and making fun of it, I thought he was very disrespectful, All they want is money, Money grabbers, they are very greedy, very expensive place, Wont recommend this restaurant to anyone.. Applebee's on Clifton, We won't be going back,

An Unforgettable Valentine's Day Experience at Applebee's in Niagara Falls!"My partner and I decided to kick off our early Valentine's Day celebration with a dinner at Applebee's in Niagara Falls, Canada, and let me tell you, it was absolutely phenomenal! We started our evening with the ambiance – cozy and intimate, perfect for a romantic date. The staff greeted us warmly and seated us promptly, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Whiskey Bacon Burger on a brioche bun with a side of fries. Oh my word, this burger was a masterpiece! The juicy patty perfectly complemented the savory bacon, and the hint of whiskey infused a delightful flavor that elevated the dish to a whole new level. And those fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – simply divine! For dessert, we indulged in a slice of cheesecake, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Creamy, rich, and oh-so-decadent, every bite was a heavenly delight. But beyond the scrumptious food, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening, catering to our every need with grace and hospitality.Overall, our visit to Applebee's in Niagara Falls was nothing short of spectacular. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot for a romantic date or simply craving delicious comfort food, this place is an absolute must-visit. We'll definitely be returning soon for another incredible dining experience!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators available and wheelchair accessible

Had a great time at this location. We ordered the whiskey burger and Memphis BBQ chicken sandwich and both were delicious. We finished the night with a caramel cheesecake which was very tasty.
