We decided to take a walk through the casino before our dinner at Watermark and noticed Bar Barista passing by. We ended up having a couple of drinks and Sagar made our time there so much fun and pleasant! We definitely appreciated his drink suggestions and great sense of humour! Thanks so much!

gorgeous little spot, tucked in the corner but directly beside the casino, though you’d never know it. the sound doesn’t carry, and instead you’re immersed in the velvet couches and easy listening playing on the speakers. the service was quick, drinks were EXCELLENT, food hit the spot. will definitely be back and spread the word about this cute spot!

The Atmosphere was amazing, ten outa ten. Loved the vibes. However, the man working the bar was odd? He IDd me which fine, I'm literally almost 30 but I understand it happens. I gave him my Ontario ID card and he was confused? I don't drive, I don't have a license? It seemed like he didn't know what an Ontario ID looked like? He asked for another ID and I only had my health card which he did take as ID which I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to do? Which fine what ever he was cool with that. I got my drink and then fifteen /twenty minutes later I'm half way through my drink and the guy walks over to me and the person I'm with (someone in there early 50s) and we'll I'm drinking hes like 'I IDd you right?' like??? sir first of all, Ive already been served, second of all, who in their right mind is gonna say no you didn't ID me? And third of all there was two other people in bar so forgetting you IDd both me and the person I'm with is wild to me. He was just really odd, idk it made me feel weird. We finished our single drinks and left. We planned on having a few but nah. I don't think I'll be back. Good vibes tho.

Wonderful spot! Very quiet, great seating. The coffee was outstanding way better than Starbucks or anything else nearby. Came back and had the flatbread to prosciutto. It was fantastic. The service is also excellent. The team is happy to be here and it shows. Completely recommended you're coming to the casino or staying at the Hilton. Come here for your coffee and actually enjoy something that's great. Not what you get at other nearby places.

I ordered a Cortado. It was perfect. It was perfect in flavor and in presentation. The service was absolutely amazing and welcoming. The two gentleman were so engaging with friendliness and conversation. I felt quite welcome. The atmosphere is soft and cozy. I love all the soft chairs and seating. There are one or two leather couches for those that don’t like this soft material. It was pleasing to my eyes. They have a bar on one side, which wasn’t open when I went at 9:30 AM, of course and on the other side is the barista coffee area. They do offer some different bites of food which I included photos of. I was just there for the coffee. I did not try the food, but it looked delicious. I’m very picky about my coffee and I would give this place six stars if I could on flavor. They also offer free Wi-Fi at this coffee shop.
