Husband and I had some time to kill before a concert and he had to find a place to plug in his laptop until he was finished work. The server was so helpful and friendly and the coffee and pastries were SO GOOD! Had a kind of quiche pastry and a butter tart with coffee. Would definitely return.
Very nice and peaceful bar. Comfy seats and great spicy drinks.

Great atmosphere. Incompetent bartenders. Can’t make an old fashioned. Served absinthe straight up. At least there were cocktail books on the shelf to educate the completely oblivious bartenders. Yikes.

We loved this place! It has a great atmosphere, excellent coffee, and very friendly staff. My wife and I discovered it by chance and instantly fell in love. When we return to Niagara Falls, we’ll definitely visit again.

Whoever's job it is to run this place needs to read this review.
I like this bar. It's close to OLG Stage, and a good spot to stop and get a drink (or three) before the show. It's good size, servers and bartenders are friendly, nice atmosphere and the drinks are good and not TOO terribly priced.
My issue with this place is they have two bars. One up front, and one in the back, and someone has made the decision to make the one in the back the active one. The problem with this is it's way in the back where people passing by can't really see it and just keep on walking. This also causes those that DO come in to also go all the way in the back, so those people walking by just see what looks like an empty bar, and keep on walking. They'd be MUCH better off and get a lot more people in there if they'd move the action up to the front bar instead of leaving it closed. I talked to one of the bartenders about this and they said they'd suggested it but sounds like it had fallen on deaf ears.
Managers, it's your job to get that place full. Here's a way to do it.

If I could give this place more stars I would. The atmosphere of this place is on another level! Every aspect of the decor I LOVED. The food and beverages were AMAZING. I stopped here to take a break from tourist activities and it was well worth the trip. The cost of items were very reasonable as well.
The staff was over accommodating and attentive. I would purposely forgo any other coffee shops in the area to enjoy coffee and pastries as this spot. Indeed a spot that anyone should enjoy if you are in the area!
Parking: There is a parking garage attached to the casino/resort that houses this establishment. That is how we found it! We parked and walked through the casino/resort and stumbled upon this place.

Expensive. Service good enough. They didn’t have neither seltzer, nor cider and the explanation for it („we are so popular we run out quick“ is just meh! Buy more, hallo?), I settled for a non-alcoholic cocktail which was ok. My b/f had a weak concoction with an iceberg in it. I wasn’t impressed.

Easily the friendliest staff I've encountered in Niagara Falls. It looks super posh but don't be intimidated, prices were reasonable and the decor is an attraction all on its own.

We arrived at 10:00 am, just as the lone employee was opening up. Her name is Caitlyn, and she is a wonderful host. She took care of us with a smile and a lovely personality that shone. We were able to use our "complimentary food dollars" from Fallsview Casino Resort, but even without them, we could gladly pay for the fare on offer. We had the scones (large) with mascarpone cheese and fruit preserves, and a butter tart. My wife said the tart was the best she had eaten, and I have to say the scone was delicious.A fine selection of coffees and teas to accompany pastries make for a great breakfast/brunch treat. Having said that, there are lots of other options on the menu.We also love the relaxed yet quite opulent ambience.Highly recommended, and if you are fortunate enough to be served by Caitlyn, so much the better.
