I normally love Baskin Robbins, but this Niagara Falls location is the worst that I've been to. I stopped on the way from a walk with my girlfriend to enjoy a scoop.
My mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted freezer burned.
I couldn't let it go to waste, so I ate it, but I'll never stop at This location again.

Worse service ever. Initially wanna buy two scoops with two separate containers due to allergies concerns. The clerk didn’t listen and went ahead with the ice cream. When she loaded the first one and about to load the second one and the same cup i called her out . And she told me there’s nothing she can do about it , it can’t be put back . It’s either one cup two scoop or I need to pay singles of two which is double the price . I don’t understand why she can just give me another scoop in a separate cup. Honestly the level of customer service is very bad here. I highly recommend tourist to avoid this location

Their Pralines and Cream is my absolute favorite — so creamy, sweet, and nostalgic. I love it so much. Please, bring Baskin-Robbins back to Edmonton!

I ate a pistachio single. I ate it in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with something colorful, and it cost an extra $3. It cost about 11 dollars total. The chunks of ice cream were very large, which was okay, but they were so big that they would definitely melt before I could eat them all, so I recommend eating them in a cup.
