I stopped in here for a late night sweets fix. I go to a LOT of ice cream shops, but I don’t think I’ve been to a Baskin Robbins in more than 10 years since there are none near where I live. I was really excited to check this one out.The person who took my order was pleasant, and that was really the only positive aspect of my visit. The selection was sparse, the prices were high, and the milkshake I got was probably the runniest shake I’ve ever had. My stomach was upset all night after drinking my shake. I probably should have thrown it in the trash instead of drinking it. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Considering how fondly I remember Baskin Robbins from back in the day I was completely dissatisfied.

Terrible selections. Had to settle for two scoops in a cup because the didn’t have bananas. Two small scoops for $11. Will never go back.

Worst Baskin Robbins I've ever been too in my life. A privately owned franchise with no quality and standard control. They have hired in experienced students who are not serious about their work. I ordered a hot brownie sundae with two scoops which I've been ordering for the last ten years and the guy who served me didn't know how to make it. He made a humongous cup of badly presented ice cream and when I shared my concern with the other employee she said that you get to have more ice cream for the same price. But I didn't want more ice cream, I wanted what I always order. Wish I had taken a photo for proof but I was so disgusted that I threw half of it the bin.
Staff were super friendly.Prices are horrendous. We are local and we came here as we were craving ice cream late night and it’s was $24 for 2 x double scoop cups.We could have bought 2 take home containers at a regular store. Drive 20 minutes to St Catherine’s and save $$$

Essentially a food court style Baskin Robbins. With elevated prices, and a limited menu including no take home containers of ice cream for sale like almost every other Baskin in Canada.Essentially it's a tourist trap, and if your already near here, you may as well keep walking the few more blocks to sweet jesus or any ice cream place near the mini putt.

I was craving for jamoca almond fudge, the place was about to close & I was far so I did my best to walk as fast as possible to make it here. It crushed my soul when I tried to get in, The DOOR WAS LOCKED, I was late :(. However one of the staff member was cleaning & saw the immense disappointment & sorrow on my face and decided to open the door to let me in.I am forever in your debt, if you ever get to ready this I ThankYou From The Bottom Of My Heart :)

Entering this shop was super hot and oppressing, having it with two fast food shop inside the same room wasn't a good idea. Ice cream was okay at best and service wasn't super helpful. It was my first time in a Baskin-Robbins and probably the last.
